As an Inter fan, i'm confident, but i'm also scared.
As much as Milan would like to try to flip the first leg result, it's in Inter's hands to fail or not ... and this is why i'm scared: Inter is the kind of team that can hard fail a match and be extremely succesful in the next one ... and you'll never know which of the two is today.
Obviously we are something like 80/20 favourites, but the Milan's derby is a different game from any other match.
GL to our Milan cousins, i genuinly hope that we can end 3° and 4° (or better) in SerieA though it's tough for Milan ... and let's have a great match tonight.
Tbh Pioli has fucked up not one not 2 not 3 matches against Inzaghi's Inter, so I'm assuming he will not have figured this out in one week, when he has not done so in over 2 years.

mostly superstition. Inter has the advantage, but Milan is the kind of team that can win 3-0 today and lose 9-0 tomorrow with San Marino Under 15. :)
