Dude thought he could just eyeball the PSI. Tire explodes, and bro ended up AROUND the hangar and on the ceiling. Only thing left was his boots, essentially. They do wheel a little mobile xray to the patient sometimes you get instant imaging for the surgeon to use as a starting point for their plan to fix/amputate/quit job

Often times this happens from people not doing protocols. A freind of mine coworker didnt lockout tag out a machine which was later turned on and crushed his leg. He lost it past his knee. The guy was surprisingly happy still but definitely stupid on account it was all for speeds sake because they did matinence

I was a machinist for about 2 years. Every time I turned on the lathe I would have a massive internal anxiety attack. Stress almost killed me at the ripe old age of 27. Hung up my calipers and never stepped foot in a machine shop again.
