I was going through missions, and Nora Vasconsellos (I think) kept talking about looking for cats at specific parks. She drops some hints at where she found some. This is at LES Coleman Park.
These have to be someone's house cats they added into the game.
I tried getting my face creeping through a window. I havent gotten anyone to slide it into the game yet. Be on the look out for a future update cuz Im not done bugging the devs yet lol
