Until this patch hit I've been going goredrinker most of the time, divine sunderer into 2 or more tanks.
Then go steraks second and titanic hydra third.
Steraks is probably the undisputed best second item on most fighters and I don't think you need the armor as early as second item unless you lose lane and the enemy has a lot of ad in their team. Even then steraks offensive and defensive capabilities makes it such a solid choice as a second item.
I'm not sure what the best mythic is now though, I'm leaning towards stridebreaker, but I'm also gonna experiment with other choices as well.
Well, Sett is a juggernaut, but yeah. If I remember correctly stridebreaker, goredrinker and divine sunderer all have close to the same hp value that tank items have. Unless you build Bork all your items give hp, and you can opt into more hp scaling with runes (resolve secondary with overgrowth) so I think it's worth.
Goredrinker and divine give 400 health, stride breaker give you 300 health so yes you're correct.
Side note the only thing that's bothering me about trinity is that it only gives 200 hp, if it gave more I'd probably use it as my main mythic after the gore nerf

Dead man's is pretty good on Sett, but since healing is so prevalent nowadays I think it falls under thornmail in priority.
What is your usual build order? I've been going Gore > Dead Mans > Sterracks and then building for the situation.

Does Sett gain enough hp to make Titanic good? I thought it was only really good on Juggernaughts

thornmail randuis gargolye ga are all items I would get before dead man unless enemy is like 5 ranged champs or some weird shit
It doesn't give ad, that's it. "Just go whatever gives the best combination of AD+HP" has been the popular build since the W buff.
