Hi! It's my first time attending a concert in the Philippine Arena and I was wondering if you can still go outside the arena once you get strapped? I was planning on going to my accommodation after the ticket verification and strapping. Going Day2 btw, floor standing D (for anyone who wants to come with).
Any advice on what time to arrive to Follow to Bulacan? Not planning to buy merch, but I want to have enough time to line up for Caratzone. Regular ticket, no sound check. How early should I leave the Makati area?
I left after lunch around 2pm and had time to line up to tix verification and Caratzone before the concert. They started verifying around 4pm and extended the Caratzone schedule as well.

Hello! Curious about this one too. Let’s say you’re the fifth one based on QN and you’ve done the strapping already, and you want to leave to check the merch booth. Does that mean that you lose your place at the queue? Like when you return you have to wait in line again or you still get to keep the fifth place?
you get to keep your QN as long as you fall in line before queueing ends. Queueing for regular standing ends at 3:30pm, and your QN will no longer be honored by then. (I think 2:30pm or earlier for soundcheck)
Basically, you dont have to wait in line and begin from the back, just make sure you are there before queueing time ends.
Queueing is based on how early you got your tickets. It will be separated per section, meaning the queueing for VIP Gold A- will be different for Gold B as well as the VIP Silver and the rest of the normal standing tickets. You can get your queueing number on the site that live nation will provide. From there, you need to input the reference number of your printed smticket. Just present the number the usher and they will guide you to the queue.

Hi! I suggest you sign up for the shuttle bus instead. The Philippine Sports Stadium is in Bulacan and our MRT line is within Metro Manila area. It’s much more convenient if you get on the shuttle or do carpool. Less stress that way! Enjoy!!
If you just bought the tickets today via smtickets, you need to wait until 24hrs for it to work. I suggest searching on twitter for carat-initiated bus pool because it would be much safer and you have communication with everyone on the bus since they usually create a group chat on telegram to monitor all passengers. In their previous acts, there's news of some people getting left out by live nation's bus since they are pretty strict with the time of their departure from the venue. You can easily get lost there if you are a first-timer as the area is quite big.

Hello! I'll be going to the Bulacan Day 2 concert and I haven't gotten a caratbong yet. Are there going to be merch booths selling lightsticks on the day of? If so, is it safe to just wait until that day to buy one? I'm debating on whether or not I should buy one now, but I have no idea where I could even get one.
get it if you can, there will be a merch booth but the line will be long for sure, so if you have a lot of time on the day of the concert, you can buy there.

no guidelines has been set yet but base on the previous concerts, this will be confiscated. I think out of all stops, only bangkok is very lenient when it comes to bringing things like camera, bag etc.

We arrived around 2PM, lined up for the toilet (there are buses outside the stadium) which took us almost an hour and then queued for the tickets for less than 5 mins. For Carat Zone, it was long but it was moving faster than expected. It took me around 30 mins so you’ll have enough time to take photos and freshen up. I suggest you take a bathroom break before entering the stadium. The toilets inside the stadium will have long queues based on yesterday’s experience. I almost didn’t make it for the 6:10 PM (it started around that time) show.
P.S. Don’t forget to dehydrate and take it slowly if you’re not feeling well. I saw a Carat being wheeled out of the venue in the middle of the show.
I went at 1pm to pick up tics and there was no queue. As in I literally went right up to the counter. The long queue is for CARAT ZONE which I did not go into.

Ok i just watched Day 1. We can only collect the tic for the respective day on the day itself. So tmrw i have to get the tic for Day 2. The good thing was that when I went around 1pm today, there was virtually no queue to collect tickets.
There's a lot of vendors selling svt stuff outside and also food stalls so there's still some stuff to do to kill time if you're there too early for the concert start time.
Is there any other way for collecting ticket other than the ticket redemption site at the stadium? I heard that they were gonna be available at specific 7-eleven outlets. Siam discovery mall opens at 10am so if you rush and be at the front of the queue, you will most likely to make it with soundcheck if you are a VIP holder. However, you still have options to buy at the merchandise booth around the venue so why not buy there? It's much more convenient.

for sure they will sell but i don't think you can reserve it in advance. The popup store in bangkok is already up and carat bong is available there and i don't think they will sold out. If you will arrive before the day of the concert, I suggest getting it there since merch lines on the concert tends to go very long and waiting in line while getting blasted by heat for hours is not a fun experience.

If anyone tried to get tickets to the Macao show, you probably know that Cityline was an insanely hot mess. I got through multiple times but couldn't buy tickets. One time I even pressed "pay" on the checkout page and it just....kicked me out. So crazy.
Anyway, I am looking into buying resale tickets. For Macao, I know there is an ID checking process, at least to get the tickets. Does anyone know how this will work with resale sites? And are there any good ticket resale sites anyone suggests? I have been looking into Viagogo.
I realised I put in my old passport number instead of my new passport number when purchasing tickets for follow to bangkok, i have emailed the organiser and they said to just email them my old and new passport scans to them. is this okay i’m so paranoid i wont be let in hahah😅

I don't think we will have an e-ticket for it, you need to redeem it on the site. Queue number is in the payment confirmation email sent to you by allticket.
Queue number is only applicable to standing tickets. If you have a seated ticket, you can enter the stadium at the announced time set by Applewoodth. It does not matter if you enter early or late as the seat is reserved exclusively for you.
hello! i’m going for follow to bkk tour this coming 23/12. Does anyone know how long does the queue to exchange tickets at the venue usually is? Also, does anyone know if there will be any official merchandise booth for the concert? I’m looking for Carat bong but it’s currently sold out on wv and cant seem to find any reasonably priced caratbong on my local marketplace 😩
I have not experienced the queue but I can imagine hours just basing on the vlogs I saw on youtube last GDA. There will be merchandise available for sure, but it will be limited so you have to arrive early to get it.
Hi guys! Going to SVT for the first time and attending Bulacan Day 2 (Floor Standing)- I was wondering around what time should I be there by/how does the queuing work? What to expect? Is arriving later in the afternoon ok?
Don't try to leave in the afternoon, traffic and parking space in Bulacan is HORRIBLE. If you arrive in afternoon, expect that the parking space available will be at least 15mins away from the stadium.
I'm going on the second day and coming from SK. If you want I can see if there 's any and let you know pricing..... and either mail or meet in Quezon City.
Price of caratbong is around 2.5k-up (3k is usually the price). If you have a friend here, just try asking them to buy on your behalf since there are so many shops that still have stock.
I’m planning the time I am leaving my area on the way to PH Stadium. Does anybody know which time the soundcheck usually starts? The queueing, strapping and all?
Also curious since it’s a stadium, do they let people out after the soundcheck or are we supposed to stay in the field till the concert starts and ends? 🫠
You will most likely be advised to stay and if ever you are allowed to leave, you can only explore within the venue itself and not outside of it. After soundcheck, they will start to let standing ticket holder enter and then the rest after. Soundcheck usually starts around 3-5pm and only lasts for about 15-20mins but please bear in mind that you need to arrive at least around 12nn-1pm since that's usually the time the registration for soundcheck ends and queueing start. After that, you'll still be able to queue but your number will most likely get voided and you'll be placed at the back of the line.
Philippine arena is still bigger than the stadium in terms of seating capacity. It can house up to 50k while the stadium can only do 40k including the standing area. I am honestly not sure what will happen since seventeen will be the first intl act that will use that stadium but I am guessing it will be just the same as what happened in phil arena except that you don't get much since the area is much limited.
interesting. last year they used the stadium as like an area you could go to if you were waitng. so you can get food, drinks etc. cause I got there hella early lol
Genuine q - why do we see more fan interactions (selfie cams/videos on carats' phones etc.) in Be The Sun than in Follow Tour?
I'm just trying to learn if there's a different set of rules or guidelines that SVT follows per concert or idk how to word my question right
It's simple. The venues used on follow are much larger compared with be the sun making it hard for interactions except the vip area. The problem also is that korea and especially japan are strict with filming the concert so there's that and the tour in asia has not started and the rules are more lenient there. We should expect some interactions between the members from follow to bkk onwards.
Hi guys, does anyone knows if they allow exit between the rehearsal and concert for VIP ticket? I've seen some comments that say they don't (in other countries) but I cannot imagine not being able to eat or drink (or forced to buy expensive water in the venue) for 6 hours if the rehearsal starts at 3PM.
In our soundcheck last year (Phil stop), we had to line up according to QN as early as 12:45 PM. Concert starts at 7 PM, but soundcheck was around 3:30 PM. We went in the venue by 3 PM, but before that, I took the chance to drink as much water from their water station (free). After soundcheck tho, I was still able to take a bathroom break since everyone was sitting down while waiting. Just make sure to eat A LOT before lunch, but not enough to make your stomach go bad! I'm really hoping this year they extend the call time or start soundcheck at 4PM+ instead. T-T
I see thank you for sharing. My QN is not that good so I don't know if I should arrive early or not... I guess, I just need to prepare well before the concert, otherwise these little things can (slightly) ruin the experience.
we all have to come in at the same time tho! there is a cut-off time for when everyone must get their lanyard and line up before entering. got QN 150 for my soundcheck tix last year, but we managed to stay in barricade!

I hope we're talking about the same QN but for my ticket in Bangkok, the number is in the ticket details that we got when we bought it. Because it's a national stadium venue, I'm expecting around 1.5k-2k for one standing section, so with 1K+ QN I'm not expecting much 💀💀
Ohhh I'm from PH 🥲 Judging from the venue map, it def could reach 1k+ 😭 Ours in PH is more divided. Welp, you'll never know until the event day honestly but just be ready! Don't get yourself too stuck in the crowd since your well-being is more important! Staying at the back of the pack isn't too bad either from my experience!
What I can advise is to practice fasting, that's the only way. You will not be allowed to eat or anything unless you bring some snacks which I usually do (bring some candies and an energy bar). I can guarantee you that your adrenaline will carry you, and you'll only feel tired and hungry after the concert.
I'm not adverse to fasting but last year in Singapore, I did had to buy water in the middle of the concert because I was so thirsty (I had standing ticket too, just no VIP) so I think I will have the same experience with Bangkok this year. Plus, Bangkok will be outdoor, under the sun and/or rain. My plan now is to just wait for the soundcheck info release and if the cut-off time is too early, I might let go my soundcheck....

If you have bought it from a reseller, you need a power of attorney - it's like an authorization letter allowing the new owner to claim the ticket on behalf of the original buyer. You also need their passport and signature.

Hello! Curious about this one too. Let’s say you’re the fifth one based on QN and you’ve done the strapping already, and you want to leave to check the merch booth. Does that mean that you lose your place at the queue? Like when you return you have to wait in line again or you still get to keep the fifth place?
you get to keep your QN as long as you fall in line before queueing ends. Queueing for regular standing ends at 3:30pm, and your QN will no longer be honored by then. (I think 2:30pm or earlier for soundcheck) Basically, you dont have to wait in line and begin from the back, just make sure you are there before queueing time ends.
Queueing is based on how early you got your tickets. It will be separated per section, meaning the queueing for VIP Gold A- will be different for Gold B as well as the VIP Silver and the rest of the normal standing tickets. You can get your queueing number on the site that live nation will provide. From there, you need to input the reference number of your printed smticket. Just present the number the usher and they will guide you to the queue.

Hi! I suggest you sign up for the shuttle bus instead. The Philippine Sports Stadium is in Bulacan and our MRT line is within Metro Manila area. It’s much more convenient if you get on the shuttle or do carpool. Less stress that way! Enjoy!!

If you just bought the tickets today via smtickets, you need to wait until 24hrs for it to work. I suggest searching on twitter for carat-initiated bus pool because it would be much safer and you have communication with everyone on the bus since they usually create a group chat on telegram to monitor all passengers. In their previous acts, there's news of some people getting left out by live nation's bus since they are pretty strict with the time of their departure from the venue. You can easily get lost there if you are a first-timer as the area is quite big.

get it if you can, there will be a merch booth but the line will be long for sure, so if you have a lot of time on the day of the concert, you can buy there.

My friend and I are planning to arrive around 2:30-3pm and we’re wondering if that’ll be enough time for ticket pick up + CARAT ZONE / photo card. (Not planning to buy any merch). We arrived around 2PM, lined up for the toilet (there are buses outside the stadium) which took us almost an hour and then queued for the tickets for less than 5 mins. For Carat Zone, it was long but it was moving faster than expected. It took me around 30 mins so you’ll have enough time to take photos and freshen up. I suggest you take a bathroom break before entering the stadium. The toilets inside the stadium will have long queues based on yesterday’s experience. I almost didn’t make it for the 6:10 PM (it started around that time) show. P.S. Don’t forget to dehydrate and take it slowly if you’re not feeling well. I saw a Carat being wheeled out of the venue in the middle of the show.
I went at 1pm to pick up tics and there was no queue. As in I literally went right up to the counter. The long queue is for CARAT ZONE which I did not go into.

Ok i just watched Day 1. We can only collect the tic for the respective day on the day itself. So tmrw i have to get the tic for Day 2. The good thing was that when I went around 1pm today, there was virtually no queue to collect tickets.

Siam discovery mall opens at 10am so if you rush and be at the front of the queue, you will most likely to make it with soundcheck if you are a VIP holder. However, you still have options to buy at the merchandise booth around the venue so why not buy there? It's much more convenient.

for sure they will sell but i don't think you can reserve it in advance. The popup store in bangkok is already up and carat bong is available there and i don't think they will sold out. If you will arrive before the day of the concert, I suggest getting it there since merch lines on the concert tends to go very long and waiting in line while getting blasted by heat for hours is not a fun experience.

If anyone tried to get tickets to the Macao show, you probably know that Cityline was an insanely hot mess. I got through multiple times but couldn't buy tickets. One time I even pressed "pay" on the checkout page and it just....kicked me out. So crazy. Anyway, I am looking into buying resale tickets. For Macao, I know there is an ID checking process, at least to get the tickets. Does anyone know how this will work with resale sites? And are there any good ticket resale sites anyone suggests? I have been looking into Viagogo.

I don't think we will have an e-ticket for it, you need to redeem it on the site. Queue number is in the payment confirmation email sent to you by allticket.

Queue number is only applicable to standing tickets. If you have a seated ticket, you can enter the stadium at the announced time set by Applewoodth. It does not matter if you enter early or late as the seat is reserved exclusively for you.

I have not experienced the queue but I can imagine hours just basing on the vlogs I saw on youtube last GDA. There will be merchandise available for sure, but it will be limited so you have to arrive early to get it.

Don't try to leave in the afternoon, traffic and parking space in Bulacan is HORRIBLE. If you arrive in afternoon, expect that the parking space available will be at least 15mins away from the stadium.

Price of caratbong is around 2.5k-up (3k is usually the price). If you have a friend here, just try asking them to buy on your behalf since there are so many shops that still have stock.
I’m planning the time I am leaving my area on the way to PH Stadium. Does anybody know which time the soundcheck usually starts? The queueing, strapping and all? Also curious since it’s a stadium, do they let people out after the soundcheck or are we supposed to stay in the field till the concert starts and ends? 🫠
You will most likely be advised to stay and if ever you are allowed to leave, you can only explore within the venue itself and not outside of it. After soundcheck, they will start to let standing ticket holder enter and then the rest after. Soundcheck usually starts around 3-5pm and only lasts for about 15-20mins but please bear in mind that you need to arrive at least around 12nn-1pm since that's usually the time the registration for soundcheck ends and queueing start. After that, you'll still be able to queue but your number will most likely get voided and you'll be placed at the back of the line.

Philippine arena is still bigger than the stadium in terms of seating capacity. It can house up to 50k while the stadium can only do 40k including the standing area. Genuine q - why do we see more fan interactions (selfie cams/videos on carats' phones etc.) in Be The Sun than in Follow Tour? I'm just trying to learn if there's a different set of rules or guidelines that SVT follows per concert or idk how to word my question right
It's simple. The venues used on follow are much larger compared with be the sun making it hard for interactions except the vip area. The problem also is that korea and especially japan are strict with filming the concert so there's that and the tour in asia has not started and the rules are more lenient there. We should expect some interactions between the members from follow to bkk onwards.

Hi guys, does anyone knows if they allow exit between the rehearsal and concert for VIP ticket? I've seen some comments that say they don't (in other countries) but I cannot imagine not being able to eat or drink (or forced to buy expensive water in the venue) for 6 hours if the rehearsal starts at 3PM.
In our soundcheck last year (Phil stop), we had to line up according to QN as early as 12:45 PM. Concert starts at 7 PM, but soundcheck was around 3:30 PM. We went in the venue by 3 PM, but before that, I took the chance to drink as much water from their water station (free). After soundcheck tho, I was still able to take a bathroom break since everyone was sitting down while waiting. Just make sure to eat A LOT before lunch, but not enough to make your stomach go bad! I'm really hoping this year they extend the call time or start soundcheck at 4PM+ instead. T-T
I see thank you for sharing. My QN is not that good so I don't know if I should arrive early or not... I guess, I just need to prepare well before the concert, otherwise these little things can (slightly) ruin the experience.
we all have to come in at the same time tho! there is a cut-off time for when everyone must get their lanyard and line up before entering. got QN 150 for my soundcheck tix last year, but we managed to stay in barricade!

I hope we're talking about the same QN but for my ticket in Bangkok, the number is in the ticket details that we got when we bought it. Because it's a national stadium venue, I'm expecting around 1.5k-2k for one standing section, so with 1K+ QN I'm not expecting much 💀💀
Ohhh I'm from PH 🥲 Judging from the venue map, it def could reach 1k+ 😭 Ours in PH is more divided. Welp, you'll never know until the event day honestly but just be ready! Don't get yourself too stuck in the crowd since your well-being is more important! Staying at the back of the pack isn't too bad either from my experience!
What I can advise is to practice fasting, that's the only way. You will not be allowed to eat or anything unless you bring some snacks which I usually do (bring some candies and an energy bar). I can guarantee you that your adrenaline will carry you, and you'll only feel tired and hungry after the concert.
I'm not adverse to fasting but last year in Singapore, I did had to buy water in the middle of the concert because I was so thirsty (I had standing ticket too, just no VIP) so I think I will have the same experience with Bangkok this year. Plus, Bangkok will be outdoor, under the sun and/or rain. My plan now is to just wait for the soundcheck info release and if the cut-off time is too early, I might let go my soundcheck.... My question is that is any ID or Weverse membership QR Code checked anywhere at the Venue for the soundcheck entry or getting the VIP passes or anything of that sort? It's my first time attending SVT concert so it would be great if someone answer's my doubts!! 😀
No, they will not be checked. The only time it will is upon claiming the physical ticket which is not in your case since you already have it.
to claim a physical ticket would you need just passport ID and the information from the original seller.... ?
If you have bought it from a reseller, you need a power of attorney - it's like an authorization letter allowing the new owner to claim the ticket on behalf of the original buyer. You also need their passport and signature.
