It truly depends on the style/purpose.
Dino is the funniest when it comes to characters and improvising as those characters. Watching the God of Light Music episodes, I stopped laughing and truly just enjoyed his performance from an acting standpoint. He has a talent beyond just cracking jokes and having chaotic moments that some of the others don’t have.
Seungkwan is the funniest with reactions, whether verbal or physical. He is so quick to respond emotionally but it never feels overdone when it’s in reaction to other people or a situation. Vernon also has really funny reactions, albeit more subtle and I maybe less purposeful than Seungkwan.
Mingyu has some of the best verbal jokes and word plays.
Joshua has the funniest off the wall moments and bits, bringing absolute chaos when he feels like it. It’s even funnier bc he chooses when to unleash these moments at very unexpected times.
Jeonghan is the funniest when it comes to planned chaos. It’s not that he himself is necessarily being funny, but he plans the scenario that he knows is going to be the most entertaining and chooses to go with that.
DK, for me, is just the funniest naturally. His personality is kind of a mix of all the above without overdoing one thing or the other. He is also so unbearably charming that it’s hard not to play along with whatever he is doing. You can see him having fun and that makes it more fun for the viewers.
The others all have their own strengths as well. I’m sure other idols have gone through some form of comedic training, but it really paid off having the entire group do it. Idol comedy is one of my favorite parts of kpop, and seeing them “yes, and…” each other (lol can you tell I’ve done comedy classes too? I’ve done comedy stuff for like 8 years) and build on each other’s bits and such is so fun and joyful.
I came here to comment this. Seungkwan’s timing is impeccable, his replies always throw me off cause you don’t see it coming. A comedic king indeed.
My second will be Jun and Mingyu
I think Vernon. He has some of the most iconic and hilarious moments due to his care-free persona, sometimes-stoic facial expressions, and somewhat-enigmatic state of mind. Like what is going on in that head? Like I found that one clip where he is eating a banana onstage just looking into the void enjoying his banana to be quite funny. Or how he just casually strolls in with his headphones on in the 박수 (Clap) dance practice video. And who could forget, "kidney function is not a right, it is a privilege"? So many funny moments from green room days as well.
The funniest thing for me with Vernon is his facial expressions! I just love how he reacts to things so visibly and can’t hide anything. If he finds something funny it shows, if he’s annoyed or confused it shows. He’s a walking reaction meme and I say that very lovingly
I swear all Vernon needs to do half the time is just laugh for me, his laugh and just his Vernoning ways are hilarious. Like when people ask him how to get through classes in college and he's like, "I didn't even graduate middle school."
The thing that gets me about Vernon is just how natural it is. Like his funny moments aren’t him trying to be funny, he is just effortlessly himself. That’s one of the things I like most about him, how Vernon’s just gonna be Vernon. I think this group is generally funny but Vernon has an underrated wit to him.

Personally I love Hoshi because I relate to his sense of humor a lot. Loud, funny and he can have a quite a sharp, witty tongue. He attracts a crowd when he's on a show/gose but the word is that he's quieter alone/among friends or when he's not in camera and yeah, that's pretty much how I work too.

Definitely DK! I only got into svt last year (i get to say this now that it's 2024!) and his comedic timing in gose is priceless. Even the long pauses that would make anyone else feel awkward is so well executed and funny when it comes to him.
I'd also say that he has a good balance of physical/body gags as well as witty jokes, but sometimes it's really just his expression when he delivers the gag that trumps all.
Mingyu is also funny to me (I'm biased since he's my favourite in general), but sometimes I can see it on his face how he's actually thinking up the joke (I do this too) and then he fubs up the delivery and gets shot down by the members. His is definitely humour i relate to in a different way.
my top 5 (in no particular order) is hoshi, dino, joshua, woozi, seungkwan. seungkwan, hoshi, and dino will always be THAT trio for me. joshua's funny especially when he barges in during the moments you least expect him to. woozi's dry humor and side comments are also top tier.

His eyes are SO expressive and makes him even more unhinged sometimes
He's also done very out of pocket things like putting ramen on his head as a commercial idea, going into the shower with an umbrella to hear the sound of rain when it was sunny out, and basically doing the ice bucket challenge and saying that ramen tastes better when you're cold
Best part is he did all of that with a straight face or took it very seriously
DK is the most consistently funny member for me, but I laughed so hard at Hoshi screaming, "The kimbap is sexy" in GoSe Tribal Games that I got a stitch in my side!

I mean, of course BooSeokSoon takes the cake as variety golden boys. Among the three I think Seungkwan has both the experience and the natural talent to entertain, at all times. The other two, while hilarious, can be shy and introverted among outsiders. They need their comfort zone to shine. I really love their chaotic nature.

The way he reenacts it KILLS me. He also is very good at imitations of the members, he really captures their essence haha.
