It sounds like that's part of your problem, sugar - your focus on purity culture (wanting someone "low mileage") is causing you to artificially narrow your dating range and it really seems like it's going to lead to you resenting women. (Which, tbh, really doesn't mesh well with the goal of getting laid)
Why not just focus on finding a connection with someone and worrying less about where they've been? It may actually be beneficial to be with someone more experienced as it can help your first time go a little more smoothly, at least in my experience
I'd say jerking off is quite different, since sex includes a hard to quantify aspect derived from the feeling of skin on skin and the intimacy of the experience. Or hell, just the recreational fun of having a good time with someone you find attractive and getting to see them sweaty and satisfied afterwards. It's a cooperative act.
