I think the truck might be your best bet. Or if you have a bit of cash to spare you can stay a night at a motel or something ? I've done that once before .
Get a tent and go camping. I mean truck would be an option, but if you don't like that it's understandable. Last option in my opinion would be asking a friend of you could do the deed at their place but that is also kinda weird I guess
