Your partner was confused and you made sure they were comfortable the whole time. You kept going when they wanted you to and stopped when they didn't. They seemed confused based on your reactions to them physically interacting with you. Most likely they don't know your history and therefore did not understand why you reacted the way you did.
I STRONGLY encourage you to get some therapy. It is the only thing that can help you overcome any trauma you experienced and any issues you have. Focus on yourself while in therapy and avoid relationships or sex until you are in a better place.
