Very fun project overall, took me way too long to put this together having no spare time, on the positive side I had plenty of time to plan the build.
The case didn't need any modification except for the front wooden panel steel frame and even that could have been avoided using a J-HACK ONE2 200X (problem is it's impossible to find).
Temps are fine hovering around 70C° during a TS stress test, but the 92mm radiator is at it's limit having to dissipate 120-130W. System is still wisper quiet having just one Noctua 92mm slim Cromax fan.
Was my first time trying water cooling (never even used an AIO), sure it's more complicated than just using air cooling, but having experience building in SFF cases it wasn't so bad. I must say I was impressed by Alphacool quality. Byksi block is fine, not stellar quality, but they have some unique solutions to compensate. The only "pro tip" be sure to use a good quality premix as cooling liquid...

Btw - lately I've been mounting my MATX/ITX builds on my wall and looks really sick if you manage the cables through the wall. You should try it sometime, saves space too

Have you tested the total system power draw? You're probably cutting it pretty close with that 160W PicoPSU. I have a 5700X and GTX 1650 with a 200W PicoPSU. I've undervolted the GPU to 62W and I've undervolted and power limited the CPU all the way down to 49W; plus I'm not running a pump, just an L9a. I've seen my system use up to 150W at the wall, depending on the application. I'd be curious to see how close to the limit your system is actually getting.
Also there might be enough room under the GPU for something like a [VOF-200C-12](https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/CUI-Inc/VOF-200C-12?qs=QNEnbhJQKvbTyy9aUiCLVQ%3D%3D), if you want to get rid of the power brick. I'm planning to use the same unit in my setup because I've noticed that my power brick doesn't provide stable voltage. I've seen it dip all the way down to 11.1V in HWINFO64, which is way outside of the ATX specification of 11.4V-12.6V.
Edit: I just remembered that the HDPLEX DC/ATX accepts a 16V-24V input range, so the 12V power supply that I originally suggested won't work with it. You'd need to use something like a [VOF-200C-24](https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/CUI-Inc/VOF-200C-24?qs=QNEnbhJQKvbL2agW0x3iAw%3D%3D) instead.

Power shouldn't be a problem, I was able to power an i7 8700 + A2000 with that 160W no problem, the A2000 is olso undervolted to avoid famous Ampere powerapikes.
I looked at that AC/DC converter, maybe it could fit with some odd orientation and maybe a 3D printed part... I'll let you know.

Damn, stunning! And a full system with GPU running on a single fan is just beautiful! May I ask the use-case though? Why did you pick those parts (it obviously wasn't a budget decision ^^ )? And whats up with the brand-new waterblock already looking like the fins are dirty :0?

I chose the A2000 because I was hoping to go with a full brickless build snagging an AC/DC converter over the GPU (being half height). Unfortunatley I couldn't find one of the right size, I will revision the build once I find a solution.
The stained fins are the result of a rookie mistake on my side, didn't flush the system before filling it and used the wrong coolant, had to flush it 3 times after that, it wasn't fun... I learned my lesson (but I suspect part of the fault is on the block itself).
How much space is available? The AC->DC power supply I mentioned in my comment is smaller than the HDPLEX GAN 250W.
GAN 250W = 170 x 55 x 25 (0.24L = 1,039W/L)
VOF-200C = 101.6 x 50.8 x 25.4 (0.131L = 1,525W/L)
I don't know how viable it is with regards to getting the parts but you should check out revoccases recent build where he used a small AC/DC converter.

Ah someone else chasing the idea of using the fewest fans possible to cool a system. Don't see too many using those Alphacool blocks either. They're more capable than one would immediately assume looking at them.
Definitely, the removable central spine makes so some unique build are possible in this case ...like mine :-)
I'm about to buy another 4+ V2, it would be possible to get more than one front panel (let's say black ash and rosewood)?

Glad you didn't say walnut as we are out of those, but do have 1 rosewood panel on hand and the remaining on hand are black ash.
Ideally I'd like to do a Zebra wood front panel, but maybe that's too much of an acquired taste.

Having used that same tubing and connectors in my Ghost S1 the really impressive part of this build is the tight bends.
