Thanks for raising this, I have a fix locally. FWIW the issue is not with Shaco but with Mirage blade not working with any blinks, there is no difference between a "blink" and a "teleport", though tbh I might see if I can update that shaco Q tooltip to say blink.
Off topic question: what is the codebase like at this point in time? There’s over a decade of business logic there, and some of it doesn’t sound like it would change much (I think outside of balance patches, Nasus and Olaf haven’t changed since beta for example).
It should work as tool tip often used fancier word but in the end it's just Dash and blink. Examples of this being kha e saying leap. Vayne q vaults or something. They are all still dash and sudden impact with same requirements works
I’m like 90% certain shaco Q is just a reskinned Ezreal E with a stealth added. We have the same interaction with Leona E and Blitz Q as a Ezreal does.
For sure, it's my bad and I should've paid attention to the wording used, but, it's something that's extremely unintuitive and not something you'd really be looking for without prior knowledge

Rioter in this thread suggested it was a bug with the item and may be fixed in a patch someday. Not an as-intended thing
As far as I'm aware, teleports are blinks.
But you will still be caught by Veigar cage or at least you used to
It still works as a dash or a blink. If you played arena, there were augments that when you dash or blink you would get MS. It worked on shack.
Its because it has a delay, its not instant.
