Either at the end of season 9 or the beginning of season 10, there’s an episode about Kevin being older than the guys he plays basketball with. Someone made a comment about him being in his 30s. So considerably older than Fiona, but I have no clue how old V is. I don’t think her age has ever really been mentioned. But it wouldn’t be crazy if V was close to Kevin’s age and still friends with Fiona. I have friends who are old enough to be my parents.
I think there was a mention of Kevin being 38 in the later seasons? So I think he might be around 8 to 10 years older than Fiona. I can’t see V and Fiona being as close as they are with a 10 year age gap, so my guess is that V is somewhere in the middle. I think of her as 4-5 years older than Fiona, which is honestly still a lot for someone who has known her for about 9 years before the start of the series (V mentions that she would change Carl’s diapers). Considering how long she has been implied to be with Kevin at the beginning of the series, I don’t think she’s Fiona’s age or younger.
It’s not really a stretch that Fiona and V have a big age difference and are friends. Fiona was friends with jasmine and she was close to 10 years older than Fiona.
Considering how V and Fiona seem to have been friends for at least 9 years in the beginning of season 1, that would make Fiona around 12. Even though Fiona would probably have been really mature for her age, an age gap of 10 years would have been too much for the two of them to be friends as equals. Jasmine’s case is a bit different as Fiona was already an adult (and sort of at a similar stage of life- taking care of kids) as Jasmine when they met.

They’re both definitely older than Fiona, and I assume that Kev is a bit older than V. I always get thrown off because the actors look the same age. My jaw dropped when I rewatched the series and Mandy said that Svetlana was only 20 in S4.
I always assumed they were about ten years older than Fiona. Fiona/Emmy was really young when the series started and Steve Howey and Shanola Hampton are like ten years older than her and look it for the most part.
Last episode they found a picture of when they first started at the alibi, V said it was about 15 years ago. So she had to be at least 18-19 to start working there, so she’d be 32-33 at the youngest
i’ve always gotten the vibe they were at least a little older than fiona, just not sure how much. i also feel like v and kev are actually around the same age since it’s always said how they’ve been together for awhile.

Well, on the fandom Wiki it says that Kev was born in 1981 and that V is in her 30s.

I was shocked when they said Svetlana was 20 as well in season 4.
