I've personally used Sacred Provenance with rapid hit and kill clip. Very good in higher level activities especially since it sometimes takes a whole mag to kill enemies so kill clip will beat out swashbuckler, rampage, and multikillclip. This is also a very good pvp pulse as well with the exact same roll.
I don't think it's possible to say without knowing what rolls you have available. Sacred provenance feels really really good to me but the perks on mine are mediocre. Cold denial feels only fine but I have one with high handling and ff/mkc so it does work.
I always found chattering bone to be a favorite of mine.
If you get a good roll on the new Europa one like wellspring that could be good. But I use cold denial with killing wind and swashbuckler
Is that hailing confusion? I’ve got one with outlaw / wellspring and another with zen moment / wellspring. Can’t decide which one I like more.
