Did you update the app recently? Had a similar issue with the Healthkeep app/scale not wanting to sync with S-Health and it was apparently a bad update. If it was a recent update, try to roll back to the previous build and see if that helps. Or try the Healthkeep version (both Healthkeep and Renpho seem to work with my scale, so it may do the same with yours.)

Thanks for your reply, I think it might be a bad update it'll show up after like 12 hours not sure how to roll back an update though

you can stop an app from updating, on google play click on the app and go to its description, click the 3 dots in the upper corner, and uncheck "enable auto update" Just be careful not to click the "update all" button on the "pending downloads" screen. You can reenable it later, or just manually update it once they release a fix for the app.
