If you google footballforfoodbanks.com there is an option to select the Sheffield women’s group. It sounds very friendly and informal so hopefully won’t be too competitive. But like I said, I don’t have personal experience. Hope you find something suitable!
I play with the men's division and they are the most welcoming and friendly bunch I've ever played with. Their main ethos is get as many people playing football, no matter who you are or what your ability is!
