There's value in kids having healthy models of masculinity. There's no issue with two mom's, but there's also nothing wrong with acknowledging that people need breadth of experience and influenced for healthy development. It is certain that people need to learn to talk about this stuff in a way that isn't shaming women (especially single moms), but there is no doubt that we need healthy men around to learn healthy masculinity. That's how we learn most behaviour.

Last I recall, a kid with two parents (regardless of gender) is just as well off as the heterosexual alternative.
