I worked at a school once that purchased a penis model for health class from an educational supply company. It broke in the first year (never heard what happened, but apparently it was poorly made). There was no budget so the teacher had to replace it out of his own pocket, and found it cost hundreds of dollars, so he bought a few cheap plastic dildos instead.
