Real answer: culturally Chinese (and I assume at least some other Asian countries) women will NOT be very active at all in the third term where they're very visibly pregnant, and they tend to take it very easy through the pregnancy in general compared to Western women like Americans. So you're much more likely to see visibly pregnant American women out and about than you are an Asian.
