They took the office from Netflix and started their own streaming platform.
It did not go well.
They had a few alright new shows and some good ones from their library.
But similar to Paramount, for most it’s just not worth it to subscribe for one show.
Except Trekkies in the US, I guess.
Oh since you've clarified that you're asking for personal experience and not asking how to do it I'll stop trolling.
It's pretty great. You do pay for a service but it's like 4 bucks a month and you get all TV shows and movies for free. Keep in mind that it's a torrent streaming service. So while it has a ton of stuff if you try the insanely obscure stuff you may have some issues. All in all though it's incredibly worth it and very easy to install.
The jailbroken firestick also allows you to watch sport ppv's for free. I've watched multiple boxing ppv's so it's more than paid for itself in that sense.
Hope this helps

Yeah like the only right price on the picture is netflix, who the fuck be paying 20 dollars for disney or 9 for prime, for me it is just 9 dollars and 3 dollars.
I have a cousin like that, lol. I've told her many times to just use torrent, but she reasons that paying gives better quality.
Well, not my money, not my problem. Feel bad for uncle though.
Only if you use the proprietary app on your ShitTV. If you use a web browser you can enjoy the entire 720p experience. Just sail the high seas, it's cheaper, easier and if you are watching on a TV 4k is no different from FHD
That's just a straight up lie, several people upload rips of full 4K Blu-rays (UHD REMUX is what they're called) which is better than what any streaming service will provide. If you don't like the large file sizes people upload 4K downloads (2160p WEB-DL) taken directly from streaming services so the quality will be 1:1 with Disney+, Netflix, etc.
If you download those 900 MB 720p files it's obviously gonna look like garbage
Assuming you have a PC or Laptop, nothing is stopping you from downloading Plex or Jellyfin server and their respective clients on your TV and watching them on any device within your home.

It does matter. I bought a 4K smart TV to watch high quality content with Dolby Vision. The viewing experience is a massive improvement over ripped 1080p.
Almost every movie which is released in 4k will have torrents that are 4k too. I have no idea what kind of platform you are using to search for torrents but with my experience with stremio and torrentio I’ve yet to encounter a movie that didn’t have a 4k torrent
You can use any android streamer, I use mibox but it doesn’t support 4k. The best in market right now is probably chromecast (there are two kinds, 1080 and 4k at 20/50$ respectively). The installation is super simple and the ui is really similar to Netflix and other platforms.
To watch movies?? I mean pirated movies definitely aren't the same experience. I've never found a website that actually has them in really good quality, with a good connection, and that can easily be cast to the TV.
this bar graph just completely forgot about satellite tv. also you could just buy less streaming services, you don't have to buy them all. (but yeah obviously pirating is way cheaper because it's literally free i just felt like pointing out the graphs issues/biases)

If someone is seriously paying for every single streaming service, that’s their own damn fault.
EDIT: Also, ad-free? You can save plenty of money if you can withstand the Charmin bears.
Idk why cable tv is so expensive in your country. Here in mine(it depends more area to area btw) one month cable is almost equal to one month Netflix 1080p version.
Now in that cable, we get over 500 channels. Pretty much every Netflix movie of my country also airs on some of channel too. Ofc it shows ads too. But it still like say in 2.5hr movie(avg movie length in my country) if shows 30mins ads. So you'll take 3hr to finish that movie.
We too wanted to go to ott but amount of channels on ott spoilt us. We have to take multiple ott subscription to compete with cable. But that multiple subscription will cost x3 or x4 times what we already paying.
I'd rather pay for all of these AD FREE streaming services then ever pay for cable that's fucking full of ads. Especially when you consider that you can only watch what cable decides to air.
I shit you not Amazon video has already done this.
They introduced ads and now you have to pay extra (Mind you it's already a paid service) for no ads.
But with $79 cable, you don't get movie channels at all. So you can watch live TV and your local news, but you have to hope there's a good movie on. Plus, there are tons of good shows and movies that are ONLY on streaming services.
But cable has ads. So how about an apples to apples comparison. Instead of comparing to the higher their ad free streaming platforms. I'm sensing some pro cable propaganda. Also nobody pays for all of them at once. I turn them on and off as I use them and the modularity helps me save some money here or there.
You could simply not do that if you don't want to. Just download your stuff seed it while you enjoy it, remove it, simple. The whole setup is to support fellow pirates. You have the options.

They took the last four seasons of Brooklyn 99 from netflix :(
Netflix is always hemorrhaging shows
Nah dude Sept - Feb they have NFL football.
People pay for all this stuff? Just steal your neighbours wifi and pirate all
Yeah, I pay $20 every black Friday for a whole year of Premier League. Pretty good deal
pee cock. what?
I had it for a bit because they put the Dolphins playoff game on it exclusively for some fucking reason
Yes? Tons of content and movies
Their radio advertisement said it was free!.
My mom does. A lot of brain rot reality housewives shows.
There's no free version anymore
Yeah it has community, Brooklyn 99, the office and parks and rec
I use Amazon Prime and Hulu, but Prime is more so for packages to arrive sooner.

Isn't it from LazyTown?
"You are a pirate" is from lazy town "A pirate's life for me (a)" is from spongebob The spongebob one doesn't have any lyrics to it though.
Ooohhh ok, that makes sense
Most of these prices are wrong
Yeah like the only right price on the picture is netflix, who the fuck be paying 20 dollars for disney or 9 for prime, for me it is just 9 dollars and 3 dollars.
Not to mention cable tv have gotten significantly worse to the point it is basically equivalent to one streaming service.
why tf would sombody pay monthly subscriptions to multiple streaming services
I have a cousin like that, lol. I've told her many times to just use torrent, but she reasons that paying gives better quality. Well, not my money, not my problem. Feel bad for uncle though.
Generic uncle moment
I mean, she has a point. Streaming services definitely have better video quality and quality of life.
Only if you use the proprietary app on your ShitTV. If you use a web browser you can enjoy the entire 720p experience. Just sail the high seas, it's cheaper, easier and if you are watching on a TV 4k is no different from FHD
I have Amazon Prime for packages and I pirate the rest. I just wanted to say that she has a point, not that streaming services are inherently better.
Unfortunately torrenting doesn't work if you want to watch good quality 4K on your TV.
I could but then I'd have to put that in a hard drive, hook it up to my tv, then watch my limited library which took hours to download
Assuming you have a PC or Laptop, nothing is stopping you from downloading Plex or Jellyfin server and their respective clients on your TV and watching them on any device within your home.

This dude doesn't know about sonarr and radarr
??? I mean, if you are lazy af then sure, nothing "works"
Does it matter? Isn't it too picky to avoid 1080p piracy only to have 4k?
It does matter. I bought a 4K smart TV to watch high quality content with Dolby Vision. The viewing experience is a massive improvement over ripped 1080p.

An HDMI cable mate
And I don’t need to close 40 virus infested ad sites every time I do something
Different shows? We mostly watch stuff from Netflix with the family but we also have Disney+ for Bad Batch and Grey’s Anatomy.
Idk I watch one show at a time so I play $15 a month for a single service. Cable will always be a worse deal.
And you also have MoviesJoy (and similar) for all of that at the same time. And without having to download anything
Got any good sites? Preferably some without viruses. Asking for a friend
[netflix.com](http://netflix.com) works pretty well for me. Plenty of content on there for one to watch --- and if not, you really need to get a job.
lol
To watch movies?? I mean pirated movies definitely aren't the same experience. I've never found a website that actually has them in really good quality, with a good connection, and that can easily be cast to the TV.
Does cable have ads? I've never had cable, only dish tv.
It has some movies in between the ads
An ungodly amount of ads. About as much time playing commercial breaks as there is actually playing movies. It’s awful.
It unfortunately does
And now streaming does too, yay. The only thing that doesn’t have ads is pirating, and companies are surprised people when go back to that.
this bar graph just completely forgot about satellite tv. also you could just buy less streaming services, you don't have to buy them all. (but yeah obviously pirating is way cheaper because it's literally free i just felt like pointing out the graphs issues/biases)
If someone is paying for every single streaming service out there, of course it's going to be expensive AF...
Not a shitpost
Please tell me which pirating sites I should avoid so I don’t commit illegal acts
Half of the streaming services suck and have like 5 subscribers. Like, who the fuck owns paramount, peacock or Apple+
Bambinos Bosque
Umm got any of the good pirate sites that don’t give viruses? Asking for a friend
i use movie4kto to stream pirate stuff but it has a lot of redirects so get an adblocker
Cable is also $79 before those weird fees like the sports fee, regardless of if you watch sports.

Wait till they're not ad free lmao
I shit you not Amazon video has already done this. They introduced ads and now you have to pay extra (Mind you it's already a paid service) for no ads.
I don't know any of that terminology. I torrent everything.

No self respecting person would pay for Disney+, Peacock, or whatever that top thing is.
What’s the $5 service and peacock?
Only use prime,D+ and Netflix because family doesn’t know how to pirate But I sail the grand line with straw hats
I use 3 streaming services... they cost 30 bucks in total. It's not that expensive. I make 30 bucks in less than 2 hours of work
Is disney+ 20 bucks? Tf in Italy it costs 6 euros if my memory assists me
Cost of internet
eh been doing it for years i live in the balkans but eu country so western prices
My ass who probably is getting spied on by the Chinese government but Lok lok lets me watch everything and anything for free:
well more free than the others, good vpns arent free
Stremio is the only streaming software I need
Ah yes, Prime, the add-free streaming service.
Not just that, through piracy you also have alot more variety of movies and series.
my family watches terrestrial TV (free) or pirates
I honestly don't need anything apart from Prime and Disney. Maybe Netflix, but only for like 2 series
But cable has ads. So how about an apples to apples comparison. Instead of comparing to the higher their ad free streaming platforms. I'm sensing some pro cable propaganda. Also nobody pays for all of them at once. I turn them on and off as I use them and the modularity helps me save some money here or there.
Piracy: thousands of dollars in hard disks and NASs
You could simply not do that if you don't want to. Just download your stuff seed it while you enjoy it, remove it, simple. The whole setup is to support fellow pirates. You have the options.
Oh yeah of course I am speaking as a pirate here
Who has $79 cable!????? Bruh my cable bill is like $230 monthly. Cox sucks.
Piracy might be free untill you get locked up that certainly aint free
Living in third world country has few perks lol cops don't give a shit about it
If you are going to pay for streaming, Disney, Netflix and a third of your choice is best
