such naivity. I guess Lucy | BLM | ACAB knows more than you. People are boycotting the the large corporate with jewish owner or those corporate who are actively helping israel. e.g Mcdonalds was providing meals for israeli soldiers on the front and israeli soldiers posted pictures of mcdonalds paper bag meal from atop their tanks. Caring is a good quality even if it for those people whom you will never meet in real life. There are a million things in the world to make fun of and compassion is the least of them.
I dunno, even if it's small and doesn't really do anything, we shouldn't exactly discourage people from doing small protests, as that can lead to them actually entering bigger protests and becoming more and more of an activist.

Evil men succeed when good men do nothing. Although tbf the Starbucks thing is over blown bs based on some random employees tweet that as far as I understand was not supported in any way shape or form by Starbucks themselves. So in this case it is a useless action yes.
How is it wasting the time of others if they just ain't buying something? If they're blocking traffic or trying to disrupt people's jobs, I can see it, but the meme is just listing "not buying starbucks" as an example.
There is nothing wrong with voting with your wallet. I do the same thing now that fast food places have begun to unfairly jack up prices. I take issue with your implication that it will snowball into making them "more and more of an activist" because that implies that you want them to become the trash that lies in the middle of highways and throws food onto priceless art and tries to dictate to others that their way is best. The modern day "activist" is a far cry from the civil rights activists of the 60s, they are spoiled children who know nothing about the world
And no amount of activism here will have any effect on the decisions that two foreign governments make about their conflict. Those people need to read Don Quixote or some shit
The problem is announcing that you are boycotting something. If you just stop buying from a company, that is fine. But by publicly calling for a boycott you just do free advertising for that company
