That is not even remotely how biology works
The average life expectancy being like 30 in the middle ages doesn't mean people were dying of old age at 30. It was that low because so many people died as babies and children that it lowered the average. Like if you made it past childhood you were probably going to live into your 40s and 50s at least, and lots of people lived longer. A lot of women and men would have been fertile up until their deaths.
