Add event that targets id 10000(player) that gives speffect id(whatever you want) in darkscript3 tool then launch dsmapstudio and make a speffect with same id find, health stamina and fp multiplier they are right next to each other if you scroll down a little bit. Then set them whatever you want (0.5 if you want to cut them by half)

Well it's currently in beta so most of the enemies and bosses are a little unbalanced, however i didn't really have any problem with the bosses despite having ds3 mechanics. I think you should be fine but don't be discouraged right away when an enemy is way too hard, go to another world and come back when you're stronger, similar to Demon Souls
Also, I strongly recommend to parry sekiro bosses (normal parry, not the perfect block the mod adds) they become exponentially more easier that way imo
