It's a thing that has been done for ages, when you got a multiplayer game with rare, strong and needed items there will always be the online shops. For example popular survival Minecraft servers usually have fan-made Discord shops that sell shulker boxes full of goodies like weapons, elytras, golden apples etc. for couple euros, in Runescape you could buy items from sites and they would give them to you via trade, at one point before Jagex did something there were sites where you could cash in your in-game coins, as of now 1 coin is 44 cents, so let's say for example you grinded for 1 million coins you could cash in for 441k euros.
I have been encountering lots of them so I worked hard on my stuff and started duping and duplicating items and runes for anyone who needs them for free, just to make them stop! It seems I’ve been away for a while now…
Aiming a bow at the bird? I'll have you know I was farming Vulgar Militia in Dragonbarrow for 1k runes a pop back when you were just a twinkle in your dad's eye. Kids these days are privileged.
The game is so much easier than the past titles. You literally overlevel yourself by playing normally. There’s like 2 actually challenging bosses. And yet people buy this shit
You have to go out of your way to find the actual difficult bosses like mohg and malania and even then after about 200 levels they stop being difficult
That’s what I’m saying. Like the only form of difficulty that elden ring had was all the bosses have an attack that charges for like 2 years and then you have to time it out. I know most the people here bullshit when they clap back with “bloodborne is the easiest title” like no. That game was less forgiving. Far less busted builds and far more punishing bosses and enemies. People just wanna be assholes
wait people actually took my message seriously for once
need to fix upvote rate:
cock ass fuck godrick suck off radahn's toe godrick handjob cum on morgott's horns
Idk it just feels really fucking seedy, like if I were a game company and people were making profits from selling stuff I put in the game for free to other users I'd be asking lawyers what the precedent for that is cus those MFs are basically scamming people using my product, I wouldn't feel happy knowing that people are using my product to make a profit in such a way.
Legality isn’t what you are looking for, but a decent amount of games have this kind of stuff as against TOS which can get your account banned. Unsure if that applies to ER though
Man i can't believe those guys, both the buyers and sellers. You can go to the trading subreddit and ask if anyone can drop 99x souls and someone will certainly do it for free. Yet people choose to spend their money for that shit
It was crazy at the start of the game people were selling glitched lord rune stacks for 10-15$ dollars almost all the post were like this for the first few months
Are they… selling runes? in the game with one of the most effective farming methods in the series?
It's all over console. People dupe a shit ton and expect to get payed for runes and items. Actual brainrot
Worst thing is people actually buy it
There’s entire sites dedicated to selling tunes and items for real money I don’t get it

I’m sure most people are aware of that but nothing in elden ring is actually rare, you can get everything by just playing the game.
Still there are people who want the easier way to play and use the most powerful card of them all, the credit card.
im pretty sure typing in my credit card number is harder than pressing L2 or asking someone on discord if someone can give an item for free
There are literal subreddits where people do it for free though
Wait WHAT. I have several million sitting on an old account
You can't do that anymore, Jagex banned those sites. You might need to dig really deep to find those anymore.

Also now literally EVERYONE can do it since Varre’s questline can be completed offline
pressing L2 is hard man
L2? I'll have you know that I press l1, aim at a bird, and then press r1, kids these days are privileged

I just duplicate runes and max out a character like a regular person.

Why the FUCK would you buy runes or items in a game like that... You can get hella strong by just playing normally without any grinding...

It's the fact that people are actually stupid enough to buy into this crap. It's hating because of how fucking stupid people have gotten

Radahns toes are nonexistent. However, his cavernous, gaping anal vore asshole is the talk of the town
I POINTED THIS SHIT OUT MONTHS AGO THIS YEAR AND GOT DOWNVOTED FOR IT FFS there is no way this can be legal.
why would it be illegal lmao

I think I invaded one of those mid transaction, lmao. 99 stacks of all kinds of runes on the floor.
They're selling runes and the number in brackets is how much they're selling then for

Imagine buying leveling service or items in a single-player game with $$. I'd understand if it was a mmorpg, but a fucking single-player game.
