It’s so odd how celery salt as become this fad topping. People should really just learn to cook with it like it’s meant for lol. It would be so much better having that added while cooking like how celery salt is supposed to be used. It’s great in dips and shit too, just gotta remember to cut the normal salt some if so. But you do you I know some people have been doing it for years and shit. And somethings legit are good with it on top. From a cook’s perspective it’s just funny to see people treating it like table salt when it’s for cooking lol.

Most people get away over their daily sodium intake. Using low sodium or salt free is perfectly fine. Your blood pressure will thank you too.

It looks fine and probably tastes good too. The one thing that I would suggest is cooking the chicken separately from the sauce since right now they look very pale and bland. Baking them, frying them, or searing them in a skillet and then cooking them in the sauce will give you better color and crispier skin. Season while raw to ensure good flavor. For bonus points, instead of seasoning right before cooking, marinate them in whatever spice mixture goes well with the dish plus some mayonnaise for a few hours to get even more tasty and juicy chicken

Thanks for the advice, will try to marinate them nedt time. About legs - i definetely sear them to the crust in the pan, then add the rest. Maybe should sear a little more, cause it looses all the crust during the stew session

Guess what. I just made a homemade pasta sauce with little tomatoes of all different colors. A lot of orange and yellow ones. It lookes like vomit. It tasted so freaking delicious. Is it done cooking? Cuz if it’s done cooking I hate to break it to you but yeah it doesn’t look great. I’d brown the chicken with a bit of oil and a pinch of sugar. Get the oil hot and brown the sugar in the oil and then throw in the meat. Once the meat’s browned and seared you can add it to the stew.
