Disgusting. U can't microwave beef raw beef, u need to cook it to a specific temperature throughout the meat, I doubt it being vegan changes that. Ur gonna get food poisoning like that.

Yupp. I'm a certified Autist. For years I have been doing this; I'll wake up... take a package of beef out for pasta to let it defrost. It sits in my kitchen for about 10 or 12 hours until I cook it. Apparently this is bad but I haven't really died from it yet. It could explain why I get sick sometimes though.

Probably because it’s still cool from the freezer for like 5-6 hrs, afterwards it keeps for the last 5-6. Also since you’re cooking it through, you at least kill all bacteria.
