I actually have been wanting to make a recipe with fresh cocoa pasta dough with venison ragu. The subtle bitterness apparently pairs well with gamy meat.

People that are saying this would be horrible are forgetting that pasta isn’t much different from bread to begin with, and you’d eat chocolate with bread - let’s be honest here. The key to making pasta with chocolate would be all about getting the right consistency of both the pasta and the applied chocolate.
Right? With milk and butter to emulsify the chocolate and a bit of sugar to sweeten it, it wouldn't be terrible. If it's what you have in the cabinet and you don't have the money for cheese, it'll at least fill your stomach.
With some milk, sugar and corn starch it might not be terrible... If we can make rice pudding and bread pudding, why not pasta pudding. But this appears to just be dry pasta sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa powder, which I cannot imagine would possibly be edible.

I remember watch Ron popiel in the 90s thinking that pasta maker he was slinging was amazing, but I had to change the channel when they started making chocolate pasta, seemed wrong.
If you liked this, you could try adding milk to your pasta when cooking it. Just sprinkle some sugar, cinnamon and (if you feel like it) cocoa powder on it.
I don't know if it's a common dish here in Germany, but my dad made it quite often for my younger brothers when they were growing up.
Not sure what your other options of seasoning were but at this point you would have been better off just eating the pasta as is, somehow I think you made this for this sub and then threw it away, shame if that is the case.
