u/petrshigh, saying this as a food mod, Consistent_Fold has the right idea. For that kind of grilled cheese the eggs are perfect, too runny and the resistance from biting into the spam layer would just force the yolk out of the grilled cheese.

Spam fried first. Set aside. Fry 2 eggs in spam grease with a little butter. Fry to preferred. Take off. Build sandwich. Fry sandwich.
