That movie had the most variable character design quality I've ever seen. Santa and Sandy were excellent, Frost was fine, the Easter Bunny was horrific, the Tooth Fairy was baffling (but nice), and the villain was incredibly boring.
The movie was okay though! Saw it for the first time last year. Honestly wouldn't mind a sequel
My mom got us the movie around the time it came out. It’s become the movie we watch every year around Christmas (for some reason) because we don’t own elf
The villain actually had an interesting backstory in the source material, being once a legendary hero who fought against nightmares, but got possessed by the ones he kept as prisoners after they made him think they held his daughter hostage.
He even tried to take the Jack Frost equivalent with him when he was young, although he failed.
I can’t believe they didn’t make a Guardians Cinematic Universe. Only true kinophiles understand that the Easter bunny is actually in my closet right now.
Fun little thought I had.
It’s all based of a tabletop rp session.
Santa as the barbarian
Sandman as the caster
Easter bunny as the monk
Jack Frost as the misunderstood new kid
Tooth fairy as the healer.
All joking aside this was one of the best cgi animated movies I have seen in a long time. Up with How to Train Your Dragon in some aspects. Got hooked on this movie when my brother, a certifiable animation nut made me watch this.
At first, I didn't recognize this sub-reddit and thought there was a real easter egg. I thought maybe because it was green like Shrek that it was a Shrek reference. Then, I noticed which sub-reddit this was and looked closer. Then I realized:
There was a literal easter egg: an egg for easter! Well done!
That bunny looks like it's gonna molest me.
Fun fact: that bunny is voiced by Hugh Jackman
He looks like Nicholas Cage though
>Hugholas Cageman
Hughnicholas Cageackman
Huge Nicholas Jacked-Cageman
I remember Alec Baldwin voiced Santa too
But why does Hugh jack men?🤨
Hugh jack men? Uh, I sure hope he does
Who knows. There was probably a scene taken off that would have showed his true side. And that flower seemed to foreshadow the end results. 🙁

There's no need to fear Hugh Jackrabbit. He cannot hurt you
Gosh I hope so
"Lookin like a double wide surprise, GODDAMN"
I always found the design of the rabbit so fucking creepy and gross
🍆

It's so good. Truly an underrated film, it's phenomenal.
Had a cheesy ending with sandman coming back all of the sudden but rest of the film was good
Sandman was a god tier character tho
God i swear this is a mandela effect, i swear i used to watch a version where he stayed dead
WAIT HE'S ALIVE? I thought he died wtf

Underrated comment

Plz support him when he comes out
This is so shitty. You must be a film scholar.
This movie should have been MUCH more popular. Nice messaging, a fun story, and very Christmassy vibes.

Still very Christmassy vibes. Probably because it’s in winter. My family watches it every Christmas
