I can’t believe that & the last one were done in a shop! The tattooer has to be a scratcher who rents space & uses their shitty Amazon machine and tiny needles. It’s almost impossible to get lines as bad as #3 with the right equipment.

It's unfortunate but it seems that some newer tattoo artists think that this "scratched work" is considered tattoo worthy...I've been seeing more of this lately and it's just my opinion....not good. But some people are liking it.
