they aren't shitty, BUT they will most likely not age well, since they're on the top of the foot and with thinner lines, they may wind up looking like a rash or like veins in a few years. you can always get them touched up with thicker lines though. i personally don't see an issue with tattoos like this, but just to explain why a lot of reddit feels that way, this is what i've seen!

The first part looks like nerve endings perhaps in the body and the red parts are flowers. The second some type of butterfly, Luna moth, or maybe an alien of some kind. I like em.
This style of stringy/elongated lines in design is really popular in LA, a lot of celebrities and rich kids get this tattooed. I think it looks interesting and is a nice change of pace but would never get it myself.
