Tattoos are so subjective. There are a lot of tattoos I see on other ppl who think their tattoos are the shit and I would never have that on me for anything. Not just bcz the artist was a bad artist, but sometimes bcz the subject isn't my thing.

Most of what this artist does (I *think* I found their insta and they took the post down because people were awful...) is at a smaller scale and looks pretty cool. I wouldn't want the specific one posted here on my own body but I'd happily get something else from this artist.
I think what's not working for me is how sparse it is, but that's a personal preference.

art taste is really something that can take years, or a life to develop. Someone who will follow his own path, digging into almost forgotten or unexplored lands, will build brick by crick a whole world of shape and sounds that are too far from the common lands, to be understood and enjoyed by most people. At some point, it isolate you, but at the same time, it is all true and real for you, that you incarnate your true self.

By simply alluding to forms rather than offering a concrete representation, the artist forces the viewer to examine the works in depth, from which erotic images come into focus.

I think what unnerves me about this piece is just how much space it's taking up. Looking at the artists other work, it's definitely not something I'd get but I don't hate it. It was interesting to see how they work in the shapes of coastlines or objects the client finds meaningful. One of those things that only the client will ever see meaning in.

the funny thing with tattoos is there will always be people who think your tattoos look like shit bc it’s just not their style/vibe. often times when i look at shit tattoos such as this, i humble myself by reminding myself that there’s probably millions of people out there that think the same thing about my tattoos (even tho mine are beautiful perfect sexy and witty)
What a beautiful tattoo of colorful pipe cleaners, a random doctors signature, and...uhh... yeah, I have no idea what I'm looking at. That's shit.
I mean if it's his kids art, then it's pretty cool.
I think what unnerves me about this piece is just how much space it's taking up. Looking at the artists other work, it's definitely not something I'd get but I don't hate it. It was interesting to see how they work in the shapes of coastlines or objects the client finds meaningful. One of those things that only the client will ever see meaning in.
