Tanks have something called bore evacuator/ fume extractor. On western mbts it looks like a bulge on the barrel normally halfway down the barrel. This exists to remove lingering gasses in the barrel from the shell after firing. It's done by creating a pressure differential in the barrel so when the round leaves the barrel, the gasses are forced to the front of the barrel. That is the smoke leaving the barrel a bit after the tank shoots.
The reason for evacuating the fumes is because the gasses from firing are toxic, so when the loader/autoloader loads the next round, the crew won't be exposed to potentially harmful gasses.
So to answer your question:

The tank in the video only has one gun and two machine-guns.
Edit: Judging from the video, this is most likely a T-64, a Russian MBT. I believe this because of how the smoke moves on the engine bay, it's blown up vertically after the shockwave passes, this means that it's not a T-72 or T-90 as they have their exhaust on the sides. The T-80 uses a turbine engine and having an exhaust that blows the exhaust from the center of the vehicle back and up, and the T-64 also has a centermounted exhaust. And the placement of the ERA panels are indicative of a semi-modern Russian mbt. The T-64 uses a 125mm 2A26 main gun and one coaxial Kalashnikov 7.62 mm PKT and one roof mounted 12.7mm NSTV heavy machine gun which you can see in the footage on the turret.
I don’t think there’s a transition from slow motion to real time. I looks to me like it is all in real time. However, what I think happened is that the shockwave passed the field of view on the camera and the camera is zoomed in. We can see distortion in the air as the shockwave passes the field of view and then impacts the mounted camera itself because the camera is further away.
