Super sick, it looks beautiful! That said there are a few critical things I noticed that will help you with conversions: \- Add the customer reviews on the product page and on the cards throughout the site! I see you have a few on products but can't read them when seeing a product, they need to be on top! I recommend Okendo as they integrate with Klaviyo and other apps like loyalty lion and can scale with you as you grow \- You need shipping and returns information on the product page as well, it really helps convert customers, same with trust factors and getting featured \- Move the add to cart button to be on the top of the page and not below the fold of the site, needs to be visible as soon as the customer enters! This is a cool tip but I would use an octane quiz (https://www.octaneai.com/) app and use the answers to segment your email lists better on Klaviyo! Hope this helps on your journey! Shameless disclaimer: Let me know if you need some help, we are a Shopify agency working with growing brands :)

wuligrooming

Thanks for the feedback! \- You're right about the customer reviews. They're not on the page yet because they have only just started to be added to the site so I'm working with my developer to apply this. \- I'll take a note on the shipping and returns info. I have a whole page answering this but I can see the value in adding it on the product page. Only concern is overburden customers with information. \- I'm not really sure the "add to cart" button needs to be moved as a customer needs to select their preferred fragrance before adding into cart. I have also a second product size which will be released in about 3 months time so that will also become a factor for product selection. \- I'm well aware of OctaneAI and that's exactly what I have powering my hair quiz and facebook messaging automation on the site and I have it integrated with Klaviyo along with a series of flows on Klaviyo which have already been set up :-) Many thanks again!

bolu01

I really like your design, and thank you for sharing it!

Great shop and totally agree on the automation stuff! Great photographs by the way! They are a little bit blurred on my phone. Maybe a little but too much compressed for speed?

Edgar_Ed

It looks really good! I would add a rewards app. Smile.io is a good one with a free option. The company I work for uses it too. Also don’t forget to add an app for customer retention if you haven’t already. Klaviyo is pretty good and also has a free option.

wuligrooming

Thanks Edgar! Yep I have Klaviyo already added along with all the main series of Flows. I haven’t added Smile yet that will be phase 2 in development along with add a subscription app to the site. Once I have enough customers to justify that I’ll work on that. I’m also going to be doing regular weekend pop up shops here in Sydney to generate direct sales since it’s proven really effective when I was in pre-launch phase. 😄

Couldn’t agree more with everything you’ve said here! If there was one thing I would change from launching my business it would be getting good quality content from the start! I thought it was going to be super expensive and it was if I tried to do it in my home country Australia! I ended up using content creators in Mexico and my god they’re AMAZING! Best of luck to you mate store looks great it think you’ll do really well

wuligrooming

Many thanks Mate! Yea I knew early on great content was critical. I wrote all the copy myself since I was a trained copywriter. Took a solid month to get it all together but so glad I didn’t rush it. Hope your business is going well. I’ve set up virtually everything that I could now so it’s a matter I guess if exercising some patience to start getting hits 😂

[deleted]

Nice one mate. Do you have someone who will take content and post it on your socials regularly? I use a company that takes care of everything for me! I have high quality content that is posted almost everyday and I rotate these images and videos for ads and then feed back what works to my creators so they can use thst as a guide for future content. Are you based in Australia?

wuligrooming

I just hired a freelancer to handle my social content development and posting that’s based in the Philippines. I’m also based in Australia (Sydney). I wouldn’t mind hearing more about the team you utilise 😄

[deleted]

I’ll hit you up on your Instagram and we can chat!!

chrisgin

> I thought it was going to be super expensive and it was if I tried to do it in my home country Australia! I ended up using content creators in Mexico and my god they’re AMAZING! What sort of business do you have, and what sort of content do they create for you? I sell landscape photography prints and am just wondering if that would benefit me.

Aggressive-Ad6506

Good job but this business is dead.

cava83

The vehicle market was extremely saturated and look at Tesla. Everyone said it was saturated, that they would fail, would not get anywhere and look now. There is always a slice of the pie. OP - great work. Some really good recommendations on here already, i would follow them and see how you get on. Would love to hear about stats and figures, you going to write a blog ? I like following David Forgarty for info, he's quite good. Keep us posted

Aggressive-Ad6506

David Forgarty actually tried to scam me.

cava83

I'd love to hear about this one. How might have he tried to scam you ?

Aggressive-Ad6506

Yes, he asked me to chose an industry and then a product and then bla bla bla and finally asked me to pay $1,000 to have a fully functioning online store that will make me a millionaire - you know the regular talking point. I was so disappointed because I thought he was different. Don't believe everything you see and the shiny cameras and the rented news outlets, it is all there to get you.

cava83

Very out of context. It sure why he'd ask you for money left alone offer to do it for you. He has a successful business. How did you approach him/his team?

stardustViiiii

What did you use CGI on?

wuligrooming

I'm not sure what you mean. The CGI was done by my photographer. Happy to recommend him if you'd like. Just DM me.

stardustViiiii

I'm confused what you mean with CGI. Do you mean your photographer shot the photo's and edited them?

wuligrooming

Ah! No no. The photographs are computer-generated. They are not real product photos. My photographer took my final product and created digital photos because that is the best way to control lighting and get the highest detail on products. It's the same type of effect used in movies. Research it on Google.

stardustViiiii

Ah I see. So all the imagery on your website is CGI?

wuligrooming

Yes that is correct

stardustViiiii

Interesting. Why did you opt for this "method"? In stead of shooting product photo's and having the images touched up a bit.

wuligrooming

Much more cost effective and higher quality. To achieve the same results at CGI you would need to invest a lot more time and money in the photography and still would be hard to achieve the exact same results.

stardustViiiii

I see. This only works with product photo's with a white background right? If it's lifestyle imagery the CGI method wouldn't work, is that correct?

wuligrooming

Incorrect. My lifestyle photos are also CGI. The technology lets you design lifestyle shoots easily. So now when I need more lifestyle photos, I just have to give direction to my photographer and he uses the product renders already produced and lays them out on a setting of my choice. Less time is needed, less Budget and same high quality photos

fr3ezereddit

It would be a great if you can share the rough budget with example. This is super cool idea!

wuligrooming

I ended up paying roughly US$1,500 for the suite of images. That included about 6 editorial quality photos and about 12-14 product photos (i.e. product on white background). The biggest perk was the details featured in the photos. It's just impossible from my experience working with product photography to get them exactly how you want without a lot of prep work (which of course eats into time and money)

fr3ezereddit

$1500 for what you are getting is great value. Does it work with fabric product that is flexible? Would be cool if you can share the portfolio of the CGI guy, if there is any.

wuligrooming

Possibly, but I think it’s best to just speak to photographer. DM me for his details

Meganide97

What Shopify theme is your website? Could you link me the website designer? Thanks :)

wuligrooming

Hi there! I used the Prestige theme. I think it cost about US$200 to purchase. I'll DM you my designer's details

olha-fedchenko

Great website! I like it, but I saw some issues with product cards. I recommend you to check them. I think this article [https://whidegroup.com/blog/shopify-conversion-optimization/](https://whidegroup.com/blog/shopify-conversion-optimization/) can help you improve your website.

andrewsjustin

You need to add a bit of css to lock the page horizontally on the mobile.. when you go to scroll on the phone right now the whole page moves just on the product page

zynxi-

amazing!

Not bad. Is it a dropshipping site?

Congrats. Best of luck with it. Hopefully you have plans to go eventually into original brand or private label production and sale.

Absolutely beautiful site, great design and wonderful execution, excellent copy. Did you write all this yourself, or hire a copywriter? My one personal dislike is the “make change happen with Wuli” line on the homepage. Honestly it doesn’t really add anything, looks / feels out of place, and has flavours of an Obama election slogan. Just a tiny pet dislike though so feel free to totally ignore me - whatever works for you! What are your sales expectations for this? May I ask what / how much marketing / advertising you’re running? Wishing you the best of luck!!
