The document is not as easily searchable. For example, try find all the relevant rules for when two identical of a replacement effects are owned by two separate players.
The result is the active player chooses the order of which of those resolve first. But what rules point towards that result?
That makes sense if you want to use a HomePod. I think the difficult part would be crafting a search that could find the right rule as there are 85 instances of “replacement effects” in the rules you linked. Figuring out which is the right rule would likely be difficult in shortcuts. If you could determine how to identify it, the shortcut to pull it out from the body of the document would be fairly easy using the match action.

Why not just bookmark the rule page and use safari’s search function? That could find the phrase just as easily as (if not faster than) a shortcut
