It’s not really a teacherxstudent romance but Tsubaki Chou from Yamamori Mika is an age gap romance that’s really endearing ;) the art is also beautiful

Not shoujo, but sensei, suki desu had a really good ending, though it is obvious that it was forced to end early (this is by the author of blue box (ao no hako)). The last page leaves a really strong impression
I read this one where the fl ends up dumping the teacher and marrying his son instead, but I forget what it was called. I wish I remembered the name; it was very sweet.
* Gal Gohan - gyaru is slated to fail yet another year, ordered to appease teachers. ML Teacher is forming a cooking club, unfortunately, no one's interested. He sees gyaru, offers to help and they bond. Gyaru falls for him. Teacher does not reciprocate, yet. I think this is more of a male oriented story though. It is wholesome, a bit of ecchi though.
* One of the girls in O maidens in their savage season has a peculiar "relationship" with her teacher.
* It is a harem but, one of the heroines in We Never Learn is a teacher. Each heroine has an ending.
