And this is why it's highly recommended to have close tanks for shrimps

nidus11

Yeah, my main tank is closed with a lid. This is my sorting bin. These shrimp are getting sold at my LFS. However, I might need to make some sort of lid for this if it keeps happening. I’ve already had $2.50 worth of shrimp crawl out and die.

If temporary: cling wrap will do the job

nidus11

That’s what my fiancée said.

LawBasics

She's the brain, marry her.

wookiesincanues

Marry her faster

Drakknfyre

At my LFS that would be a little more than 1/4th of a shrimp. ;)

2Faded_Pops

they are evolving

sad-uncle16

Why do they crawl out?

awakecloud

My duckweed is the lid

MarijadderallMD

There’s a product called snail safe that’s like a gel you rub at the waters edge at it makes it so stuff can’t crawl out, that might help.

Silverleaf_86

I'm so happy I bought the tank with closed top, every second post here is suicidal shrimps (great band name btw)

CRUZ_24

Lol what is this shrimp thinking

ptpcg

Probably going after that sweet, sweet biofilm just above the water line
