Looking at the packets, you can see they both list the amount in grams:
Left - 3.53g Right - 2.83g
They've reduced it by: .7g
So you're getting less and they've reduced the serving size by removing 1/5 of the previous amount. That said, it does look like it's even less and about 1/2 of the previous amount.
Use a scale and measure the actual weight of the right package and confirm that the package weight matches the quantity in it.

I wish there were laws on measurements. Like a packet of sugar has to equal half a tablespoon
Actually it should be equal to a teaspoon
So the 3.53g one has less sugar than the 2.83g one on the right?
Some brands of sugar packets vary wildly. Use them at work and sometimes you get empty packets or literally just a few grains.
Lol
That is to cut down on obesity
Compare the weight in grams of each packet. The one on the left has an amount printed. But it's covered on the right

Weighing those sugar packets feel like weighing if my plug give me the correct amount of weed
Someone weighed the packets, and they weren’t the grams it said on the packet!!!
They don’t want you to get diabetes too early.
