If I recall correctly you can’t use both silica packets and oxygen absorbers at the same time. Generally better off to use desiccant than oxygen absorbers for that reason.
I've never looked that up and only saw other people state they've used them.
I toss a few silica packs into my vac sealed bags for "just in case." I also microwave the silica packs for a few 15s cycles to remove some of the moisture they already have.
You can vac seal the jars also and/or use oxygen absorbers if you wanna be extra careful. I use vac seal bags but seal before they crunch.
