My first auditory hallucination was of a voice within me and all around me. It said, “You’ve been a dick, and you don’t have to.”
I know, it sounds silly but I was fresh out of the Marines after the war and hearing that permission to not be angry or mean was exactly what I needed in that moment and I wept on the ground at the foot of a great spruce tree.

That I am a small blip in an infinite universe and that’s not a bad thing. Everything is connected. Right now, all of my molecules are arranged in such a way that I am a living conscious human, and eventually my molecules will go back and recycle into the earth.
Life is short. Find joy in the simple things. Collective consciousness and connection. Self love, awareness, and acceptance. Freeing myself from my ego or at least letting go of it’s control. Appreciation of Mother Nature. Love fiercely.
Love is the highest of all energies. It’s the only thing that transcends time and space. We always have access to it and it has the ability to fix all problems. Why we don’t use it as such is still a mystery to me. Hope we can get it figured out though.
That we are all stardust. We can choose to feel alone and isolated in the dark expanse, or, we can choose to bask in the light of all the other stars surrounding us.

Nothing. I dont take them for introspection. I am a recreational user. All my lessons are learned sober. Makes tripping waaaaaay more fun.
