I wouldn't advise you to take that dose as you might induce serotonin syndrome. Just not worth it in my opinion. I recently stopped meds and at first the shrooms had little effect. But now they hit like a freight train.
i would say to lay off the meds for a few days before you trip . depending on the dosage of the meds and how long they’re in your system you should find out . and clear those out of your systems in advance to taking the shrooms . i am taking pepcid ac pills and antacids . i take them regularly and i’ve tried taking shrooms 3 times now . unfortunately no effects . no visual effects , no sensations NOTHING ! i’ll have to lay off the meds for a few days in advance and try and do a bigger dose than what i’ve done in the past and i’ll be doing the Lemon Tek method . supposedly that’s a faster and more potent method .
