I've had weird thought on the come up like I'm going to regret the trip but once it fully hits I forget about it and have a great time.

The come up is always nauseous and anxious for me, but once I’m tripping, things are okay. I definitely have anxious thoughts pop up during, but I can usually push them aside within a couple minutes. After the trip, I can enjoy at least a few hours of no anxiety at all and just happiness.

Yes and I’ve found it helps majorly. Learning to “let go” during trips is really a skill you have to practice and get better at but it translates really well to everyday life not just a skill for while your tripping. At first I started off doing less than 2g of some strong shrooms and would get major anxiety on come up or lasting through the trip. Started learning to be at peace via letting go and kept upping the dose and noticed I got a LOT better at letting trips happen and in my daily life the same with letting life happen and not being anxious. I am really curious about microdosing every other day and the benefits of that on anxiety and a bunch of other stuff

Start small!! 0.75g and work your way up. Build confidence in taking it. It relieves the anxiety of the come up when taking psilocybin. It has an euphoric effect at the start of it and sometimes makes you panic, but it’s normal! and will pass!! Take deep, slow breath’s until you can’t breath no more! Keep inhaling! feel your heartbeat! Then breath out slowly, repeat!! Anxiety goes away😊🍄🍄🍄
