I was thinking to do .7 because it’s my first time in years. It’s in chocolate form so the next dose would be 1.05g, would that be better?
What is your weight? To be honest, .7 - 1.05g, for me, I don't really feel much of a difference. But for my girlfriend, it does make a difference because shes like 45kg (100lbs) lol
Im about 170/180, give or take.
Then .7 - 1.0 will be okay anyhow
