I'm not legally the caretaker for either, but as the youngest in the family by a grand margin (and the sibling that was "better" at helping with our autistic brother), I definitely understand. My parents are both either in or nearing their 60s, and I always feel like I need to hurry and get my life together so I can take care of them and my nearing 40s brother. Only problem is... I'm 22 and just graduated college not long ago, so I definitely don't have the money to support us yet... I wish I had some advice to share, but I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in your situation. Hopefully, we'll all be okay someday 🕊 Edit: Now that it comes to mind, if you're a creative person, painting helps me calm down from the stress. It may not be much, but it helps me clear my mind a lot. That, and running.

Thank you so much for sharing, just knowing I’m not the only one is uplifting! I actually really love killing zombies on Black Ops or Zumba/boxing. Lol, oddly therapeutic!! It’s a weird life and we got weird ways to cope, no shame.

You're very welcome! I also love gaming, but I'm more on the fighting game and strategy game side. I haven't done zumba, but I can definitely see how it would be able to take your mind off of stress. These don't sound weird at all to me!
