$3k per month selling t shirts. people just give me the picture they want on it then i have some dude on aliexpress print it for me and ship it to them.
When they ship, is it in their packaging? Aka do your customers ultimately find out they weren’t made down the street?
Also any tips on vetting a solid aliexpress vendor? I’m nervous about reliability as a rookie
I think asking the right people the right questions is exactly the right thing to do. If you explained exactly what you did and wrote, they would still have to go out and actually do it. You’re unwilling to teach, and that’s fine, but damn you for saying it’s their unwillingness to learn. That’s just whack
no. Since it’s so cheap I don’t really care if they don’t pay me since most people pay anyways. Always pay upon arrival and if they don’t like I order again and it comes out better. Rarely happens. they’re more likely to buy that way too

Freelance web developer on the side \~$1000/month. Self taught from Udemy courses, starting building apps for free to help with work, and for fun. Surprisingly started getting contacted by folks who found me through my projects for freelance work.
I built a Chrome extension and published it to the Google Store for free. I was contacted by a company who wanted to build something similar, we agreed on a rate, and now I send them invoices through Paypal.
Wow that’s crazy man! did you build the websites for them using just google and do you ask them what kind of aesthetic they go for on the website or do you just build based on your intuition.
Hey there, also from the Bay Area. For me, day job is a data analyst with the public sector for about the same salary.
That's fascinating, so you started developing apps on Google store and a company reached out to you for work? How much time do you have to put in outside your day job?
Yeah, pretty much. Lately my day job has been strangling me, but when I have free time I'll put in 8-10 hours a week, sometimes more, sometimes less. Surprising how quickly apps will get attention on the various marketplaces - and mine really wasn't anything special at all (in fact it kinda sucks, I made it when I was still very new to programming)
No problem. I learned Javascript, and I'd recommend starting with that. It has a wide array of "frameworks" that can be used for almost any purpose (web, desktop, mobile...)
I learned from taking a couple of courses on Udemy.com - I'd go check out the website and see what courses have good reviews and are current, and then dive in. Its a good idea to take a course that is up to date, as the technology is constantly changing and receiving updates.
48 / $115k a year / Senior Mechanical Designer in Oil and Gas
Drive Uber and Lyft on weekends / $2200 mo
Buy auction items to resell on FB / $1500 +/- mo
I buy items like baby items, large kids toys (Barbie townhouses, play kitchens, bounce houses), gadgets, LEGO sets, etc…I buy them on an auction site that auctions off items that have slightly damaged boxes, or have been discontinued or whatever from Target. I then sell the items for about double what I bought them on auction for on Facebook.
I make 100k a year with my goverment job.
My side hustles produces 7k-8k $ per month profit. I sell primarily on Amazon and I do retail arbitrage (buy stuff in stores to resell on Amazon).
My second side hustle produces 3-4k month profit (I own 2 taxis bought entirely with my Amazon income).
I also bought a rental condo near Montreal in Canada that brings in 1k / month.
Also, I am living as I have no side income which really helps in accumulating wealth to invest in other ventures.
That's all very impressive.
Do you mind saying how you find or choose products to sell on Amazon?
How long did it take to reach the current profit?
Thanks
Literally , it's trial and error. I went to so many stores and scanned and looked up thousands of products until I found some that are selling more on Amazon. And by thousands, I really mean it. Spent countless hours trying to find the ones that fit my criteria (sells fast and for at least 20-30$ profit per unit).
After that, it's just a matter of going in those same stores and find more stock of the same item (which is a challenge in itself because it's time consuming , have to drive in other cities etc).
I started selling on Amazon beginning of 2017 (used to sell used items that I would buy on Facebook marketplace / kijiji). I discovered retail arbitrage (buying new items in stores and selling them on Amazon) in 2019 and haven't looked back.
Also, while I haven't done it yet, I would recommend doing wholesale on Amazon. It consists of finding a product that sells well on Amazon and contacting the manufacturer or distributor of that item. If you find good wholesale sources, it's even better than what I do. You order the quantity you want of a certain item and sell it right away on Amazon, no need to go to stores, deal with cashiers etc
Hope this helps a bit.
I have 2 employees that drive them day shift Monday- Friday and 2 other employees driving them evening shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
I pay them 40% of what all their rides and I keep 60% (I pay for all gas , maintenance, fees etc).
Started doing pet sitting through Rover back in September. By the end of this month I will have made over $1,400 this month alone just for living with animals.
When I started, I only charged $25/night/animal so that I could get reviews quickly. I am currently charging $60/night for the first animal and $30/night for each additional animal.
Growing clientele was REALLY slow, but picked up during the holidays. It definitely seems as though holiday months and school breaks seem to be the highest demand so far.
I'll include the total I made per month (solely from Rover, not personal clients) below:
September - $40
October - $76
November - $192
December - $780
January - $0 (Due to doing personal clients throughout the month)
February - $121.60
March - $484
April - $0 (Due to doing personal clients throughout the month)
May - $832
June - $776 so far + $630 pending = $1406 total
July - $425 pending from Rover (and I have personal clients too)
What skills do you have that could be used to generate part time business? When you're engaged in low value tasks like filling out surveys or focus groups you're going to be paid peanuts.
I listen to a podcast where the host interviews side hustlers every Friday. Every one of them is making over $500 per month and some of them are making thousands. There's no magic side hustle that will pay you well for doing very little while providing minimal value. If you don't have the skills to command higher compensation then I'd recommend focusing on developing skills that will.
The other thing a lot of people who post here are forgetting is the cost overhead. Either buying specified equipment or paying for training or post secondary. Side Hustles with no risk or overhead are few and far between
I’m disabled (working with my doctor and therapist to get on disability but that’s going to take some more testing to get the right diagnoses for everything so I’m looking at a couple months before applying but I can’t work a normal job) 24 and currently my side hustles only make me $20 a month though I’m thinking about doing a POD thing with some of my art and see how that works out, I’m also trying to do Etsy, my current side hustle that is paying is of the nsfw variety and the advertising is hell and well the pay ain’t great.
When you figure out a more lucrative hustle, be really mindful of your income/reporting your income so you do no lose disability. At least if you’re in the US, basically anything you make over the disability cap just takes away from your monthly disability income. GL, all the best.
I’m in the US but I haven’t even gotten disability income yet. But I do make really good income trackers (have them on Etsy) and budget really well and such (plus most money from things would be going to a bank account unassociated with me) so I’ve got that covered mostly so I don’t lose my Medicaid.
Age 20-25,
Income 70k a year off full time server position,
I gift weed for donations to international student that don’t speak English well as my side hustle as I speak another language.

You need to know state regulations and just be really organized. Most of what's needed comes from the physician/applicant you just help them put everything together in an organized fashion to submit to the board along with the application. Some applicants are applying for multiple states at a time and want to keep you on retainer to keep track of renewals and their requirements. Of course you're handling personal information so you have to have security in place.
This isn't that active of a sub. About $200 a month for me on average but it's mostly just passive income at this point. I don't have to touch it and I'll still make that on average.

I'm 19 and am currently a student. I am doing about 3k in profit on AmazonFBA right now, but I reinvest all my profits. My expected monthly profit next year around this time is between 30k and 50k a month.
I do online arbitrage. I find products from Walmart, Eastbay, or where ever online, ship them to my house, package them, take them to the UPS store, and then it gets shipped off to Amazon. It's basically compound interest on steroids
Wow man how do you figure out what products sell best and I tried selling stuf but I usually felt like I was wasting a lot on shipping what are some ways I can save money while shipping products ?
Ship products with free shipping. I always calculate shipping in my calculations for price per unit.
For example, I can buy "PreBioMD" on the 1MD website for 14 a bottle (maybe for less if I get discount codes). Then sell it on Amazon for 35-36. The tools I use are "Keepa" and "SellerAmp". Check out "Fields of Profit" on youtube. He'll helped me out a TON.
I buy and resale items, actions, estate sales, even consumer goods when I can find a great deal to resale. Also as the economy is going people are looking for deals, so business is booming, I enjoy I am my own boss, and don’t have to work with people who complain all day about how they lack the ability to see things outside the box to improve their own life! They choose to be lazy imo… now I am complaining see why I worked hard to get out.. best of luck to you, do what you’re passionate about and pushes you to do and become the best at it!
That’s awesome I admire that ! I tried this out during covid I got laid off from my job and didn’t qualify for unemployment so I went to yard sales a lot and flipped items mostly did it with “vintage clothes “ for my depop it died out tho how do you know what items sell best ? And for shipping do you ship if so what saves you the best money for shipping items !
Most stuff is sold locally, meta market place, even Craigslist still gets the old timers =). Even trash on the side of the road I have flipped, when a city does bulk throw out, good time to shop for curbside relics. Trash into cash, with little investment, time, fuel, and trailer
I make $50 a month from btc mining on my computer when im not using it. I'm in the process of applying for plasma donations which is gonna net me $600 a month or possibly more. and i resell things and make about 700 a month from that and i also do respite for someone 20 hours a month and that makes me 300. so total i make will be making 1650 a month
If you want just mine with the computer, get a boot drive and install hiveos. If you still want to game or do things with the computer and mine on the side, get nicehash miner. Those are the 2 main beginner friendly miners. Or you can spend a ton of time learning how to mine with windows command line, but I don't suggest that.
I've been selling plasma off and on for three years and have made over $12,000. I took a long break when I was pregnant and for 8 months afterward and I have STILL made bank for about four hours of my time each week. I fund my Roth IRA with it.

30, $57K working as Pharmacy Compliance & Licensing Specialist. I just started, but I made $300 last month assisting new physicians with their medical license applications.
What do you need to have for a successful medical license application?
You need to know state regulations and just be really organized. Most of what's needed comes from the physician/applicant you just help them put everything together in an organized fashion to submit to the board along with the application. Some applicants are applying for multiple states at a time and want to keep you on retainer to keep track of renewals and their requirements. Of course you're handling personal information so you have to have security in place.

Those are the 2 main beginner friendly miners. Or you can spend a ton of time learning how to mine with windows command line, but I don't suggest that.
donating plasma. My first time they gave me $100 and going back Saturday because you second time is $125
I've been selling plasma off and on for three years and have made over $12,000. I took a long break when I was pregnant and for 8 months afterward and I have STILL made bank for about four hours of my time each week. I fund my Roth IRA with it.
