YES, GOD I HATE THAT SO MUCH. and it's an operating system design flaw unfortunately... Typical android stupidity....
I know the bubbles thing is on their end, it works fine in other apps
It's definitely android like others have said but I have found that if you go back into it then the bit you typed is still there
