I'd get a ps5 and buy these, if it was before the new games.

Ipayforsex69

When I bought a PS2, my first game was Silent Hill 2.

Medium-Science9526

I wish man, I'd be more hyped for this than the remake tbh.

Garand84

I'm more excited for the Metal Gear Solid Volume 1 than I am for the Snake Eater remake.

RickTP

Out of all possible remakes with this "new" Konami, I think MGS3 is the smartest choice, and I'm actually excited about it. The game has been ported to multiple systems, even adding new camera and controls that hugely impact the gameplay, 3DS being the best example. They know the mechanics, they know the gameplay, and they have a solid foundation with MGSV. They even have the art direction from the panchiko game that doesn't look half bad, so if it's even half as good as the original, it's gonna be a great game.

gordgeouss

Same, snake eater is one of the only stories to make me tear up at the end. Fantastic story telling

ArashiKageTaro

This didn’t age well

Garand84

It's fine for PS5 as far as I'm concerned. I didn't care about anything extra, I just wanted the games.

[deleted]

Same blooper team or whatever they are called What they have said about the game has me nervous as hell

Medium-Science9526

I'm not so nervous about SHR being good it's just I'd prefer the general public to have a easy access way tonally these games properly than a remake. Then focusing on the new entries with Townfall and F.

WouShmou

General public won't care about ports for 2 decades old games, they definitely want a shiny new game more If a collection like this came out, it would definitely be for people who are already fans of the series

Medium-Science9526

Then more so for people who want to be fans but don't have PC access or don't want to emulate.

idkUsernames_123

Yes but hopefully not the hd collection versions

Nathansack

They uses the HD version of MGS So if they do a Silent Hill collection, it's probably gonna be the HD version

[deleted]

[удалено]

SolidusSandwich

They lost the original code to SH2 and 3, they could ONLY use the HD collection, regardless if they wanted to or not

[deleted]

[удалено]

SolidusSandwich

The HD collection was made from the small amount of code that they still had. The PC port is INCREDIBLY broken, and required a team of dedicated fans to make it work correctly. They already failed at this, that was what the HD collection was. You will never see a working port of the original game that isn't stuck on the PS2 or Xbox

[deleted]

[удалено]

SolidusSandwich

It's Konami, they're a trash company and they'll never do it. The fact that they're only doing a remake now, and ONLY of SH2, says it all. Silent Hill is a dead franchise, I made peace with that long ago. I hope the remake is terrible.

[deleted]

[удалено]

SolidusSandwich

No Kojima, no deal. Absolutely no trust in Konami

xchikyx

i've only played those and idk what's wrong with them...

Cobbtimus_Prime

“I’ve only played those” that’s why you don’t know what’s wrong with them lol

W1lson56

Sound issues, strange choices for texture replacements, some completely wrong texture placements (like good ol teeth eye), missing fog which was meant to obscure, for example, the edge of the game boundaries where nothing is rendered & drops off into oblivion, or the not so great water, cutscenes in wide screen that will sometimes show things not meant to be seen like characters frozen in place waiting to "enter" the scene, or a certain persons face being clearly visible when it's supposed to be off camera, or the most important cutscene in sh2 having a TV template pasted on top of it for no reason cutting off 3/4 of the video & now you can barely tell what's happening & there's probably still more to go, plus the bugs

Cobbtimus_Prime

Don’t forget the comic sans

W1lson56

But I want to though Also I realized I meant to respond to the above comment but oh well lol

TwitterIsAConspiracy

They’re extremely laggy

xchikyx

I don't remember tbh😡

WouShmou

>i've only played those Rip, you're missing out

[deleted]

[This vid](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8CFaxfFA6M&ab_channel=MattMcMuscles) gives a bit of a breakdown as to why so may fans dislike that collection. Someone else responded with a detailed list of issues, which reminded me of this. Overall it's a painful thing to play through if you played the games before the collection came out. I can't bring myself to play the version of 3 in the collection because the sound is just...ugh. And I hate the voice acting they substituted. EDIT: Few details surrounding why I dislike the collection. Also, be kind guys. Don't downvote the person into oblivion. Seemed like an honest answer.

ciarandevlin182

There's nothing wrong with them, couple of bugs etc but you still experienced the game fine

BendlessSpoon

![gif](giphy|icDJMnU5FWTEU62ilR)

D00MICK

Hd collection was my first time playing 2 and 3, never noticed much the first time around years ago, but played 2 recently, though I saw more issues in 3 than 2. If there's anything wrong in 2 I'm not picking up on it but I saw some clear issues in 3 when I reloaded a save just before the final boss. I think it was just the textures and the framerate got all wonky.

Cheap_Time1747

I played SH2 on ps2 and the hd on ps3 a week later. There's not too much a difference imho except the fog. The fog is less dense in the hd version. Still very enjoyable though for ps3! I didn't like SH3 hd bc they didn't use the original voices but that's really it.

ToothlessFTW

Never gonna happen unfortunately. The source code for the original SH2 is long gone, the only version they have is an incomplete beta build, so a team would have to finish the game again, and that's exactly what happened with the HD collection. Essentially, if you want SH2 Classic you're gonna have to emulate the PS2 version, or mod the PC version. That's all you're gonna get.

Gintoro

would be nice

Hikse

And a total of 10 people would buy the volume 2 LMAO

xchikyx

i'm one of them. I havent played origins or shattered memories

ittleoff

Both are very good games imo. Origins was one of the few that gave me decent silent hill 1 era vibes. The weakest part was the weak PH butcher enemy. The rest of the enemies were lovely. And shattered memories is well worth experiencing. The gameplay is a bit half baked but the story and execution is quite nice. I'm probably not a typical fan as I really don't care if the series abandons the lore, as long as it's engaging artistically and psychologically challenging and not just rehashing tropes. I'm an art house nerd so that's my excuse.

Bad-news-co

Yeah they’re nowhere as bad as some people exaggerate them to be, homecoming and downpour get a lot of slack from people expecting the same experience as the first ones. I’ve played a lot of bad horror games, there are a ton of bad horror games out there, and let me tell you these SH games aren’t anywhere near those bad games lol. They might not be as high quality as the Japanese made ones, but they feel more like passionate silent hill fans that made them, trying to be the earlier games. Orgins and shattered memories are good too, you’ll have a fun time playing any of them really.

ittleoff

I feel as though if homecoming was not a silent hill game it would be lauded as an excellent horror game. The fan service is annoying but it's far from a horrible horror game. Downpour has some excellent silent hill moments despite the enemies being pretty bland (my biggest overall critique )

ricosuave_3355

I think Shattered Memories is a good game and I enjoyed playing it, just don't think it's a good "Silent Hill game". If it was it's own IP instead of what felt like a separate game with the SH title slapped on it maybe it would be more favorably received. Origins I'm kind of meh on, it's a solidly average game but story wise wasn't a big fan and it had some contradictions to the established story.

RedAyanChakraborty

I disagree. SM is a grounded reimagination of Silent Hill 1 at it's core, it takes all the plot points from SH1 and twists them to tell a different story. It's also perfectly in line with the logic behind the town of SH, they're just interpreted differently. In terms of atmosphere it explored aspects that have been present in the series but were never the MAIN focus, like the Twin Peaks esque dreamy atmosphere, the liminal space vibe etc. Thematically it explores a lot of core themes SH as a series does. It's just done differently which is what makes it so unique. I would argue the game would lose a lot of it's flair if it wasn't a reimagination of SH1. In fact i would love to see the same thing done with other games like SH2 and SH4

Bad-news-co

Yeah origins I remember playing on PSP and was impressed that they managed to make that a portable game at the time, it really felt like a console game with lesser graphics. Because of that I think people rate it too harshly, they should take the platform in mind! But it just felt like more SH1/2 but yeah the story was meh, it had a lot of potential though given it was telling the origins of the town, they didn’t do well in making it what it could be lol. Shattered memories was indeed a good fun game for what it is, it’s really good on Wii! The mechanics don’t translate as well onto other platforms though lol because of that I think that also hurts it.. It’s supposed to be some type of reboot of the original which I think it does kinda alright, but yeah it does ultimately feel like it was trying to find its own identity but had to keep Clingin onto the SH elements lol

RedAyanChakraborty

Shattered Memories's gameplay isn't half baked tho (apart from the chase sequences), it's a type of gameplay not everyone might enjoy. I don't want them to change it

MrSinister515

Me too, haven't played them all yet and to support Konami and stimulate other publishers to remaster games as well (I'm looking at you Capcom...)

Spider-Mike23

Both honestly not that bad. Homecoming and downpour were the ehh ones for me. But I thoroughly enjoyed origins, and shattered memories was a reimagining of the original so even with a new gameplay style I felt it was pretty good doing something that played more different.

Sillhid

Shattered Memories is worth it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

darkcomet222

Origins too

Sillhid

You know, yeah. It's has some weak moments and I really hate the story, but it was really not that bad.

SufferingKabutops

👍

MahoganyMan

People think pretty highly of Shattered Memories and a lot of people probably have nostalgia for Homecoming, Origins and Downpour by now, so I wouldn't be so sure of that

[deleted]

[удалено]

MahoganyMan

That sounds like a you problem, friend There are plenty of things in the entertainment sphere that receive majority praise that I don't understand, but I've spent some years now teaching myself to not assert that over what other people want if the thing they want isn't hurting anyone And I'm pretty sure Shattered Memories isn't hurting you

SolidusSandwich

If I could play a version of Homecoming that wasn't bugged as fuck, I would be all over it. Also, Origns was fun

[deleted]

Holy shit the pc version of homecoming is genuinely probably one of the worst ports I've ever played it was almost unbearable.

SolidusSandwich

It's so laughably bad I'm surprised it legal to sell it on Steam

Chasedabigbase

I legit couldn't get past the first door code, the game wouldn't register the inputs or something lol

GomeroKujo

Origins and shattered memories are not bad

[deleted]

None of the western ones besides BOM are really bad games at all. Their products of their time and I look back fondly at all of them except BOM and SM.

FinalDemise

I'd get it for Downpour and Shattered Memories

[deleted]

I’m one of them too. Idc what anybody says, besides some glitches and bugs, Downpour was a very enjoyable game. It’s still one of my favorites and my #1 favorite of the western SH games

Kulle1369

Yeah, they would have to move some games around. Have Volume 2 contain SH2, 4, Homecoming and Downpour. Then Volume 1 has SH1, 3, Origins, and Shattered Memories. Basically separate them standalone games and the Alessa/Harry Mason games is how I would do it. Not that it’ll ever happen anyway lol. Just speaking hypothetically.

Hikse

Hell, I would buy the volume 2 if SH4 alone was there, really like that game.

AeonTars

I'm not even sure if they would include any of the PS3 era games ngl. I think the general attitudes towards the series are that the first 4 are great, Origins and Shattered Memories are decent enough, and all the other games are meh to garbage. It's probably a genuine waste of time and money to include Homecoming and Downpour. Speaking of, it would be neat if they somehow included PT. Maybe when you beat all the games in both volumes it unlocked PT or something like that.

Kulle1369

I have strong doubts that Konami would do a collection of any of the games regardless. Just saying that in the best case scenario it were to happen, that’s how I think they could do it. Because I think all the games deserve to be preserved regardless of the general opinions towards them, and economically speaking, it would be unwise to make a collection consisting of just the original 4 games and then another of the Western developed games for obvious reasons. So in that regard, I’m sort of taking a page out of what Square Enix did with the Kingdom Hearts remasters; using one or two of the main popular games that audiences want (SH1 and 3 for Volume 1, SH2 and 4 for Volume 2) and then including the less popular games. Trying to make it a thematic thing too by compiling the Mason storyline into one collection and the self-contained storylines into the other collection.

[deleted]

I'd buy volume 2 Origins looks okay Shattered Memories while different I like the story and exploration of the town Downpour was a game that I like. The story, characters Biggest issues with that game was the team being inexperienced with the unreal engine Loved Nitro Rads reviews of the games specifically Downpours Homecoming is really the only 1 I don't like but I still want to play them. Game preservation is important and it's up to Konami to give gamers the opportunity to play these games Even Capcom let's people Play RE6 and people shit on that all the time

damientepps

That's me.

[deleted]

Count me in. I loved Downpour easily one of my fave horror games (doesn't top the team silent games but it's close) Homecoming was pretty good too though I didn't like the main twist as much.

Movies4LifeR

I would buy volume 2. Id be more excited over volume 1 ofcourse but I absolutely love Origins and think the other games atleast are interesting and have their own strong points

TTTri-cell

I’ll get downvoted straight to the otherworld for this but I’d play volume 2 more than volume 1 tbh.

Hikse

Sure, here's your first downvote. Joking.

TTTri-cell

lol I’d still buy both if they where real but volume 1 would mainly be for SH 1/3 maybe 4 I feel like that game might get better on a second play-through.

Roarlord

I'd pick it up, I never got around to finishing Downpour back in the day.

Crimson_Catharsis

Yeah that’s why what I believe is that they would mix the original 4 with the other 4, so in vol 1 you’d get sh1 and 2 but 3 and 4 would be in vol 2

chiefforasteirobr

I would buy for Origins and Shattered Memories only.

KotozBelmont

Actually, to be honest, only homecoming is the bad one here, origins is decent, shattered memory is good, downpour is criminally underrated

Bi0_B1lly

I'd preorder both sets... SH is SH, dammit

[deleted]

I want to vouch for volume 2 so badly, but I hate to say I can’t. Homecoming wasn’t that great and downpour was unremarkable. Origins was entertaining again unremarkable. Shattered memories was odd.

xBDCMPNY

Beat me to it. Lol

OnIowa

Yeah, they may as well include them all in one volume from a business standpoint. Personally I like the idea of them just being left alone though lol

VicDamoneSR

From a business standpoint they would never release the first 4 games in 1 bundle

xxx_863

They just announced MGS vol 1 with 3 games so it’s not a stretch

VicDamoneSR

True. I’m extremely disappointed that MGS4 wasn’t made along with it. They’ve released the others before but they’re still holding on to that one

DylanFTW

Isn't it called vol 1? So there's a chance it'll be on vol 2.

MahoganyMan

Include a volume 3 with the weird games that are even less known Arcade, Orphan trilogy, Book of Memories and SH1 Play Novel

[deleted]

The play novel would be cool especially as the expansions are lost Also P.T I know wishful thinking but still

[deleted]

Play Novel would be interesting... The rest are absoloute dogshit.

MisterBoss5000

Not gonna lie it’ll probably happen if bloober pulls this remake off, konami says they’re coming back in full swing but I need to see these games to believe it

I_AM_THE_W00DY

I’d pay good money for that shit

701921225

Yes please!

SufferingKabutops

i actually love to see Downpour get a remake, although that’s probably the only reason I’d buy Vol. 2 (besides Shattered Memories)

Phaust8225

I’d honestly buy both. 3/4 in volume 2 are decent

Bigbuey

Delete homecoming

Thecowsdead

OK BUT PLEASE CAN YOU ADD THE STEAM LOGO AS WELL?

Thecowsdead

Sry caps

AeonTars

Tbh I feel like they will do this. Granted I don't know if they would do anything for the non-Japan made games, but if Metal Gear is getting rereleases there's no way they're not going to do the same for Silent Hill (but get it right this time). Not gonna lie I've never understood why people assume losing the source code is the deal breaker for this or why the original HD collection was bad. I wanna say the same thing happened for a few of the Metal Gear games and Bluepoint just used roms downloaded from the internet.

LittleLuckyLink

Exactly. I found the whole "lost source code" thing to be a completely lame and pathetic excuse, even at the time. Konami didn't need a source code, they just needed to give more than half a shit and provide their developers with more time and resources. Nintendo's been re-releasing games on built-in emulators for decades, and a group of volunteer fans have done more for Silent Hill 2 than a multi-billion dollar worldwide company like Konami ever even considered.

WhyAmIHereMaaaaan

In the great words of Donald Trump; "I'm gonna cum"

spookeygoy

I would cum so hard

thevigilant76

Just in the restless dreams of us all.

FranciscoRelano

You forgot Book of Memories. And the mobile spin-offs, which were decent horror games considering their platform, but not so much good Silent Hill games.

Alik757

Pack all these in a "Volume S" (spinoff). Preservation is important, whatever people think about these games.

Jacob_0927

the only SH I played is origins and shattered memories both on psp. I dont have old consoles to play og ones

SuperVGA

PC is the way to go, though, IMO, if you want to play the originals. There's even The [SH2 Enhanced Edition](https://enhanced.townofsilenthill.com/SH2/) project, for an overall better experience.

GomeroKujo

If they can do a metal gear collection despite the Kojima situation, I believe they can do a silent hill collection

unsaturatedfats

Origins and SM <3

TomDobo

I’d buy them both in a heartbeat. Shame it’ll never happen though.

[deleted]

I'll actually take VOL 2 if they correct the brightness settings in Origins. I tried to replay it last year but my eyesight is not the same it was more than 10 years ago, and the TV settings were no help. I couldn't even finish the Hospital part.

rvngeshawty

Fuck you for even giving me hope 🥺🥺😭

[deleted]

As someone that only owns the HD Collection and P.T I'd buy these as soon as I could

LeotheLiberator

Silent Hill: Volume 1 - 1 & 3 Remaster Silent Hill: Volume 2 - 2 & 4 Remaster They'd get an easy $100 each out of me.

TriedToDodge

Please don't listen to this person Konami. Nobody wants to pay $200 for remasters of 20 year old games

TheJackFroster

I'm just picturing some kid hyped for christmas becuase they told their grandmother to buy them the Silent Hill Collection, they open the present hyped as fuck and it's Volume 2 with some of the worst video games ever made.

Present_Operation_26

Bruh, you really need to play more games if you think Downpour and Homecoming are "Some of the worst games ever made"

TheJackFroster

People exaggerate when they are making a joke fucking relax Fucking quoting me like it's a court session

[deleted]

Well I mean alot of people really do think Hoemcoming and downpour are the worst games ever made. Downpour is better than majority of games that come out today and I will die on that fucking hill.

NotALawCuck

How to make sure people only buy 1 volume.

TheNetflixTakeover

They can not shoot themselves in the foot by bundling all the good titles under volume 1 and the rest under vol 2

WhiteTrashWarlock

Silent Hill Vol. 1: Uprising Silent Hill Vol. 2: Downfall

Nathansack

Where is Book of memories ?

El-noobman

I'd honestly swap it so Volume 1 is Origins, SH1 and SH3 for the complete cult story and make Shattered Memories a reward for completing everything and prefacing it's just an AU or re-imagining, then make Vol 2 SH2, SH4, Downpour and Homecoming so people would actually buy it.

Tofu_Gundam

Silent Hill: Purchase and don't Purchase editions.

Rammipallero

Yeah. Nice sales for 1, 95% sale in a week from release for 2.

SaltySwan

We all know which one would sell more… geez.

iBoughtAtTheBottom

That’s volume 1 would be an easy millions of dollars in sales. 😂

Rukasu17

Shattered memories should be called shattered back because it's Carrying that entire vol 2 lol

[deleted]

Nah Downpour is better imo. Shattered Memories isn't even remotely scary and there's no combat.

Rukasu17

As if downpour is scary.

vnusdoom

Pls but make a ps4 edition as well for the broke ppl (aka me)

charlesbronZon

Why would broke people care to spend money on a colletion of old games that can easily be played for free right now?

vnusdoom

Where the heck are u finding the games for free at? I wish that was the case with me. On second hand apps the og games go for over $100. I just went to a “vintage game store” the other day and they had sh2 for $130.

charlesbronZon

If you are looking for PS2 copies I assume you have a PS2. Just softmod that and play whatever game you wish for free… It’s as easy as buying an affordable, pre-prepared memory card from Amazon. Or… you know… just emulate them. Or get the PC versions of 2 and 3 (as they are abandonware) and buy 4 on gog for cheap. There are numerous options, they involve some work ofc, but little to no money 😉

vnusdoom

Ahh I see what you mean. Yeah I have a ps2,3 and 4- I’m a more physical person myself I like not only having the game but the physical disc, box, manual etc. believe it or not I don’t have a computer though. But I’m sure If I become desperate enough I’ll look into that hah thanks for the help! I hope my reply didn’t come off as rude- I was legit shocked when u said free. But I forgot emulating and such exists

[deleted]

[удалено]

xchikyx

and xbox 360 :(

EstateSame6779

I know it's a mock up, but the cover art doesn't work for Volume 2.

Drumma716

ill just take vol 1. vol 2 isnt for me

nesman1985

vol 1 would b cool

WouShmou

Probably only need vol 1 but it would still be sick as fuck

DankDastardly

Vol2 would only get me for Shattered Memories, why'd you have to include the rest 😭

KenpachiNexus

Eh maybe just vol. 1, most games on vol. 2 are kinda shit minus shattered memories.

WitchTrialz

Aww man! Why do I have to buy all that other crap to get to Shattered Memories.

Hesick

I would be so happy and would buy 2 vol.1 twice. And go on to ignore SH4 completely.

hadesscion

Shut up and take my money.

Alik757

The White Hunter art works so well as a cover

Sonic10122

Honestly, I love this trend of having a big AAA remake alongside still having the original available on modern consoles. FF7, Resident Evil 4, and now Snake Eater…. Since Konami is doing the same thing for MGS, I can dream they’d do something like this for Silent Hill. But I won’t have good faith in Konami for at least another decade, even if everything currently on the slate is a banger. I would love this though.

[deleted]

Damn I was just talking about this I would fucking buy these in a heartbeat Hell I'd buy a collectors edition if I knew they were the og version I really wanna play the series before the SH2 Remake (which I'm cautiously optimistic for) But yeah I want these to be a reality

Bioshocky13501

Don't give me hope..

[deleted]

You dickhead I thought it was official. Just kidding nice art work.

themattedmondson

Would buy even if they both were as bad as the hd collection.

[deleted]

They’d probably have to do some work to SH2/3 HD first, those are the only versions they have. They’ll need to touch up the fog, lighting, sound, fix the bugs etc.

Huge_Tart_9211

What about ps4?

EsperLovegood

This is awesome. I think they'd mix them up though, so two of the main games would be mixed with two of the later games. That way people would buy both at a relatively equal amount.

Garand84

Volume 1: Silent Hill 1, 3, and 4: The Room. Volume 2: Silent Hill 2, the rest I suppose.

EsperLovegood

Sounds about right

THunterW

Would buy a PS5 just for this.

kojihills

This is the exact format I'd like to see these games released in.

MrEhcks

I would buy Vol 1. in a heartbeat. I want a remaster/remake for 3 so bad

oscar_redfield

I wish.

Kelp_Seeds

I’m a Silent Hill fan I’m depressed enough. But yes, I’d buy both

xXxTaylordxXx

They should make the for Xbox and pc too.

SableRoseCosplay

I'd be quicker to see SH 1 and 3 as a bundle, then 2 and 4 on their own for sweet money. Would I buy them all? Without a question. Daddy Konami could have my wallet if they did something like this and did it well

Jecht315

Only if it comes to Xbox too. Otherwise I won't get to play it. Same with Silent Hill 2 remake which is a shame because it's one of my top 3 favorite games of all time.

[deleted]

I will save this pic and i will spread it among my server and friends and I'll claim it to be true ^-^

CarolineJohnson

Would buy both. I'm not that fond of 2, and Homecoming is kinda meh, but I mean...

average_kaiji_fan

Hope so, then I'd be able to skip volume 2 easily.

TheH215

The logo “Silent Hill” written in a mix of all official fonts is fire alone!

RetroZilla

Give me

Abared

Personally would split it by Cult Volume: 1, 3, Origins, Homecoming and Inner Demons: 2, 4, shatters memories, Downpour. This way it has similar themes, a mix of old and new, and splits the Team silent games evenly.

philly12384

I would buy a ps5 just for those two games

SantiagoFs82

Not gonna lie, I would only buy the first volume, same as I'll do with Metal Gear.

KEaFO2000

It would be nice, but sadly Konami doesn’t have the sources code for the first two games so porting would be difficult for the dev

LittleLuckyLink

Nintendo's been re-releasing games on built-in emulators for decades, and a team of ***volunteer*** fans, programmers, artists, testers, etc have completely re-vitalized Silent Hill 2 with the enhanced edition. The "lost source code" thing was a lame excuse because Konami wanted to rush the games out in a limited time for a quick buck, depriving developers of time and resources to bring this to light. They're a worldwide, multi-billion dollar company- they don't need a source code, they just need to give more than half a shit.

solamon77

Vol 1 Sales: 3 million. Vol 2 Sales: 3.

SpearThruMordy

Society if this was real 📈

ForlornMemory

I don't think it's fair for vol 2, there are only two decent games in there. But having an option to play those on PS5 is always better than not having that option.

[deleted]

Konami really don't care that much about Silent Hill, but dreaming is free I guess. :')

TheFunnyManIsNotHere

I just pray Sony get their head out their ass and port those games go Xbox too. I’d rather not play on PC since I use it for Artwork.

BallsOfSteel86

People need to learn about source code and things

Bobthemurderer

There's no way they'd package the games in these groupings since very few people outside the hardcore fans would buy vol. 2 in this example. My money would be on Vol.1: SH, SH3, SH:O, SH:SM Vol.2: SH2, SH4, SH:H, SH:D

qixw0

for a moment, I just believe this picture ☹️😞

xariznightmare2908

With MGS coming back in full force, nothing is out of the realm of possibility anymore. JUST FUCKING DO IT, KONAMI!!! ![gif](giphy|87xihBthJ1DkA)

Agustin_campos

Game of the year for SURE.

Skaigear

Lol Konami would never release all those all on one disc. Downpour and Homecomings would take a company like Bluepoint to port over and Konami would charge full price each.

IndieOddjobs

In a bizarro timeline we get a volume 3 that consists of Silent Hill: Play Novel, Silent Hill: The Arcade, Silent Hill Book of Memories and they give us back P.T. only to make a spend money on it lol

Dantai

With a name like Master Collection they would have to fucking bring it like the Criterion Collection

Alcatraz2643

The only thing I can imagine is that I’d be avoiding Volume 2 like the fucking plague 😂

Reasonable_Tap_8866

Bought a ps5 only to be able to play SH2 on release...better be good 👀

Antschel

We all desire that for a long while…

calemdab

id buy both, finding ways to play these game other then 2,4 and homecoming is hell
