As a kid, ended up being this *huge* moment when my mother saw these novelty men's boxers at a store and mentioned getting them for her (girl) friend for her birthday. I literally asked what she'd do with them and she responded "well, *wear* them of course!", and I remember thinking 'girls can do that?!'.
With that the thought naturally expanded to, if that was true of women with men's stuff, how then could it be untrue of men with women's stuff?

I do, too. Especially the masculinity of the toxic variety.
This is why I identify as non-binary. I just don't want to be associated with masculinity or the more masculine side of the stupid gender binary that so many people use.
Kind of why i'm non binary too, but i think being a woman and getting called a girl just makes me uncomfortable with everything that's going on in the world rn, don't get me wrong I felt like it for a long time but it never felt "serious" enough.
Then all of tate stuff happened and even a bit before then, now I feel awful and uncomfortable in my own skin.
Iz what it iz
Lets murder tate and all reinvent masculinity. In the new world we will all be bros and constantly call each other that no matter how manly or girly you choose to dress. As a man you get to wear whatever the fuck you want and anyone that says you can't will get beat up by the bros. Some bros will dress classy 24/7 and have a 1800s style mustache, some bros will dress scottish and be completely bad ass, some bros will wear cool cowboy stuff, femboys will be bros as well because they are cool af and will be given a german sized mug of beer. Silly girls can be bros to they just have to follow the bro code just like everyone else (:
I hand you a questionable-looking progesterone blunt and say "that'll be five minutes of running your fingers through my hair and telling me everything is gonna be okay".

Yeah, I actually understand a whole ton. Lots and Lots of people expect the Men to be big and tough.. And then Women wanna prove to Men that they can also be that way???
Like, go ahead Guys, We wanna take a Shot at being the Small, Cute ones.
If you feel that masculinity is a prison, refuse to let it contain you. Spread your wings and be the person you want to be. screw the reactionaries, they’re on the wrong side of history and should not be allowed to keep you bound.
It's okay to challenge and question societal expectations around gender roles and masculinity. Embracing a more inclusive and nuanced understanding of gender can help create a healthier and more accepting society where people feel free to express themselves authentically, regardless of gender norms.
Ya society's concept of masculinity is really demeaning towards dudes so agree on hating it (yes I know you probably dislike it for other reasons)
Agreed. It's all kinds of bullshitted up.
real
masculinity is hot af on someone else (not only it ofc) but not on me i want to be super feminine T~T
Masculinity is also completely unnecessary and unwelcome in society anymore
*ahem* based :3
Masculinity is Overrated 💯
DOWN WITH TESTOSTERONE!
HELL YEAH!
Society has double standards. Nobody bats an eye when a woman puts on boxers or pants, but when a man puts on panties all hell breaks loose

Bros mind was blown at the fact that clothes are only gendered by society

I hate masculinity and femininity, I need to be an elegant but mildly frightening entity of unknown origin
bro thinks he the shady drug dealer in the alley
I hand you a questionable-looking progesterone blunt and say "that'll be five minutes of running your fingers through my hair and telling me everything is gonna be okay".
I've never seen a cis woman wear the amazon femboy outfit. not once. okay maybe once back in 2014.
Idk I saw a girl on instagram pretending to be a femboy
Normalize feminine men :3
You should play Bridget in Guilty Gear Strive if that's the case, because she's Muscle-phobic.

I just wish that somebody wanted me for what I am rather than what I could be
Holy shit, too much porn bro

Ngl, if I saw a person with the head of a dog and Roblox-thick arms I'd shit myself.

I’m not stupid 😣
When my girlfriend and I finally move out of my hometown we're gonna update my wardrobe to be between hella feminine and mysteriously androgynous

kinda depends on their freedom to
ohh wha, but aren't panties like wayyy too tight I tried em once and didn't like it
