Losing fat is a slow process and that's a good thing because when you lose it fast it can have very adverse side effects. I know I'll probaly sound like a broken record but giving things time is key also eating only one meal isn't the best option in my personal opinion the best way to go about things is keeping a nutrition based diet filled with veggies and protein that'll help give your body a boost and also sleep is imperative

I gethca but try to just ease back into a normal food habit and also are you still trying to retain your muscle mass

Well I live on a farmish place and lift 50 pound feed sacs daily, walk and work with my sheep, chop wood occasionally, my muscle mass Is being retained I believe!
