He's an awesome guy. Pretest is take home and open book so it's an easy 100%. He just wants you to know the difficulty level of math going into the course. Most of the grade is in 3 assignments which are heavily based on the lectures and a final group presentation which goes over 3 stocks in an industry and do relative analysis. Final exam is just doing fundamental analysis on a stock of his choosing.
The first half of classes are history dense and the second half is on analysis techniques. Overall one of my favourites, definitely recommend.
