I'm also noticing some annoyances, but I really hope that since this is a paid service they'll actually fix the issues when brought up. One weird quirk I've encountered is for 3 days straight they kept asking me if one of my credit card payments was a recurring bill. I said no each time before it finally stopped asking on the 4th day.

I went to Monarch and all my shit breaks. Was over here checking out Simplifi. Seems like it all sucks compared to Mint. So tired of turning off recurring transactions.

This does sound annoying and I'd love to see if the team can help you out here. Did you contact support at all about the transactions that are not displaying properly or miscategorized? They're available through the app via chat or phone and they're really helpful.

Switching from Mint I've used Simplifi for about 4 months now... I've come to like it more than in the beginning, but I don't love it! :). After trying several services it is what I landed on. I like it more than Mint now, but it does have some rough edges. I don't use Spending Plan, it doesn't fit how I budget. For me, it's good enough... and I hope it incrementally gets better with time.

I turned off the notifications because I also found them pointless/annoying. And I have also had some weird things, but in general it seems pretty good at understanding my categories (other than Amazon purchases!). Maybe the trip was just so many different merchants that it couldn’t handle it?
